I won't be getting it, or so I've been told by the tax department. Basically I was studying last year finishing a diploma, and even though I did some part time work as a Teacher at the same time, everything I paid in tax was refunded, and so they count that as the same as not having paid any tax...hence I'm not elligable. I've been working full time since december, so basically I got nothing at all from either package. And I could have used that money too, given the debt I accumulated as a return student that I'm still trying to pay off...

Sucks, but what can you do, eh?
