Watched the first 5 episodes of Transformers Prime last night - not too bad best thing about it that Cullen and Welker are voicing Prime and Megatron.

Yeah it's a long wait, pity AMC only signed up for a 6-episode first season.
I'm about to finish off the latest seasons of Dexter (which I've enjoyed) and Supernatural. The second season of Human Target has started up and SW: The Clone Wars is about to start an interesting arc. Looking forward to future episodes of Young Justice.

Recently watched the latest Robot Chicken Star Wars episode and slowly working my way through the third season of "Man v Food" - the dude must eat salads or something in the off season.
Had my own "How I Met Your Mother" marathon and may do the same with "30 Rock" and "Always Sunny in Philadelphia".

I always come in about half way through survivor and watch it with my mum, I really liked this season because the winner was totally rad
I'm sick of some of the final people whinging about winners being goody-two-shoes and 'not playing the game' - if someone has managed to get to the finals and win without being an ass, they've outplayed you.

The Avengers - Earth's Mightiest Heroes, although I am downloading it, is really REALLY good.
It is the Marvel Universe not dumbed down for the uninitiated. Really recommend you check it out.

Does anyone else watch How I Met Your Mother? It's a show that really rewards you for having watched from the start. We had some friends who loved it recommend it to us...we'd watched some scattered episodes on Channel 7 but they were all out of order and we didn't quite "get it". So we went back and watched from the start of series 1, and it's consistently one of the funniest shows on tv.
Anyway, a couple of nights ago, we downloaded the latest episode from the states. Wow. Just, wow. An absolute gut punch of an episode, totally unexpected, and cementing in my mind that with 30 short seconds, Jason Segel is one of the best actors, comic or otherwise, going around today. This show has now bumped up right into my top 5 shows of all time. Jump on board from the beginning if you can.

My wife didn't think much of the winner, but i was hoping that would be the result, and definately outplayed them all!!TheSweetestThing wrote:I always come in about half way through survivor and watch it with my mum, I really liked this season because the winner was totally radI'm sick of some of the final people whinging about winners being goody-two-shoes and 'not playing the game' - if someone has managed to get to the finals and win without being an ass, they've outplayed you.

Always find it interesting the way the jury votes....It's funny how people hold a grudge that someone backstabbed them when in all likleyhood they would have done it to them a day later....also rare that physical guys were left in at the end....usually they don't last too long after the merge

Got me a blue ray player with internet connectivity on the weekend.
I got True Blood S1 disc 1 R+ via Quickflix. I really liked it and was surprised that the wife liked it too. Each episode ends with a cliffhanger making you want to know what is going to happen next. I cant wait to get the next disc out!

Boardwalk Empire (Best new show on TV!), Dexter: Season 5, The Take (You will never see Tom Hardy the same way again), Entourage: Season 7 (Is it just me or does it seem like every season of Entourage is the same?), Blue Murder (Best thing Richard Roxburgh has ever done IMO)

Recently finished season 1 of Justified (starring Timothy Olyphant). He's basically a no sh*t-taking, straight shooting US Marshall operating out of Kentucky.
Still watching the usual selection of shows. 'How I Met Your Mother' is always at the top of my watch list along with 'Clone Wars', 'Human Target' and 'Young Justice'. Currently working through 'V' which has picked up but it does have it's slow points. Did watch a couple episodes of 'Blue Bloods' - Magnum ... I mean Tom Selleck is great as always.

I have watched all 6 eps of Walking dead and hanging out for more.
Also hiring out Smallville season 8 which I have to finish off because channel 11 started f-ing around with the time slots. I tried recording it at the new times but it never starts at the right time and f's up the recording. Not happy Channel 11.
Anyway good thing I can get it out on DVD.
