DS9 wave 2 are ok. It's nice to see the crew expanded. By the looks of Toy Fair, there will be no DS9 series 3, but atleast we have Sisko/Dukat & Gowron coming.

I thought I'd order my set from Casefresh alond with TNG5, they'll have them in a week or two.

I'm actually going to swap Nurse Ogawa & Major Kira's legs around. I'd prefer Kira be taller & Ogawa smaller.

Good idea on that - I agree they should be the other way around!

The quality control on the ST figures is crap. I'm constantly refitting legs and arms to my figs that invariably fall over due to poor balance/articulation. I won't pay more than $10 for one of these figures... MOC or otherwise...
I have Locutus, several Worf variants, a Picard, a Spock and a Kirk. I don't think the TNG/DS9 are even the same scale to the TOS line. Adm Kirk is way smaller than Capt Picard, closer to Troi in size. Totally sucks. TOS Spock is a winner though!

The TOS figures are a 6" scale.

The TNG figures are a 7" scale, but scale overall was decimated due to the oversizing of Picard & the rediculous bodies chosen for various figures such as TNG5 O'Brien, Ogawa & DS9 Sisko & Colonel Kira.

I don't even know what scale DS9 is meant to be, they are just scaling everyone around Sisko, & the Sisko figure was way too short to begin with.

I just don't know what DST are thinking a lot of the time.

Thank God the Stargate & BSG lines are awesome.

The Star Trek line seems to have little to no QC involved at all. DST even stated the factory forgot to send them production samples for TNG5, which resulted in Beverly having the wrong hair piece, & it was the wrong colour!! Laughing Mad

Not to mention the debacle with "shrinkage" causing Data & Geordi to be smaller than everyone else.

Have to say though I haven't any trouble with limbs etc on mine, just scale frustrations.

Good to see they are making Nurse Chapel etc but I am hoping these are going to be in scale with TOS figures.

They only showed Chapel's head & torso, which would make me think the rest of her body will be Uhura's. She will be too short, but atleast we will have her & she will be more in scale with the TOS line.

Worf & Gowron shouldn't be too far away now.

Oh, & this is the Kira/Ogawa change:
