Quick, someone measure his arm span against his height!

My thoughts, Re: Tarantula.

- Red Hulk wave Spidey has a head-sized neck, so that makes him look taller than he should be.
- Tarantula is a Mexican guy right? Makes sense he wouldn't be that tall.
- Who says he (or any human Marvel character) should be the same height anyways?
- I will admit, lacking a forearm swivel in one arm is curious...
- After how retardly they botched Venom's paint deco, Tarantula looks awesome by comparison.

In short, I think our orangey/red friend looks fine. *shrugs*

Interesting, I did a search on Marvel's site for Tarantula and there are no stats posted as to his height. So I dug out my old 'Marvel Universe' books and he's not even in them! He's always been shown as a big guy, so this looks a bit wrong that he's so small. How does he compare with FA Spidey from the Sentinel series for height?

Okay, maybe Juggernaut is the saving grace. Sure, his sculpt is a little “cartoony” looking, but we can dismiss that by saying this a “classic” version of the character, back when the artwork in comics was little less gritty. And sure, his paintjob is weak, but that’s par for the course. Articulation looks pretty good too. Maybe this one’s a winner! Oh wait… no it’s not. He’s in Tarantula scale. He’s shorter than freakin’ Crossbones… C’mon, Hasbro! Throw us a bone, here!
