My bank confirmed that my card hadn't been hit, but they sent out a replacement card just to be on the safe side. The guy on the phone also mentioned that Mastercard etc has been contacting banks and telling them to send out replacement credit cards after a bunch of customers reported suspect charges.

I got stung by CC fraud a couple years back so I'm constantly checking my accounts for dodge transactions.

Just received my set of DCUC Series 7 from Cornerstorecomics (thanks Thomas & the gang).
Some great figures in this set but I personally like Series 6 a bit more overall. The standouts for me are probably Blue Beetle, Booster Gold and Flash. The series I am really waiting for is series 9, bring on Green Arrow and the Black Canary. Sure wish the Four Horsemen were working for Hasbro Marvel Legends as well.

I am not exactly sure but probably about 4 to 6 weeks ago. They had sold out according to their pre-orders then I was looking at their site one day and they were available again so I jumped in and ordered a set and a set of series 8 at the same time. The next day series 7 was sold out again. I have ordered almost every set so far (excluding series 5) from them but I did try The Big Bad Toy Store for series 2 just to compare services and they were also very good so I tend to order the two packs and the like from them. I did have my Visa recently scammed through Cornerstore but the ANZ were quick to put a block on it and I will be refunded all the repeat bogus transactions. Thomas was quick to email out warnings and apologies. My card was actually charged for the set before the scam otherwise I would have had to wait for my new card to come through then change numbers etc.

My series 7 arrived. Not a bad wave. Flash, Kid Flash and Booster are awesome, Blue Beetle, Aquaman and Atom Smasher are pretty good, Barda is ok and capt Cold is....there.

of not i had ZERO QC issues with this set. Not so much as a paint line off. GREAT improvement from mattel!

Comics Etc in Brisbane have received stock of DCUC Series 7. The figures which they had left when I was there were: Kid Flash, Variant Big Barda (no helmet) and a couple of Captain Colds. They *may* have had a "blue suit" Aquaman, but I'm not entirely positive.

They're $30.00 each - they've increased their prices with the unstable Aussie dollar. The case they got in also seems to include a re-release of the series 1 Batman (blue and grey) and they had a couple of those left over as well.

Cheers.

My wife picked mine up the other day. Best wave yet, both in quality control and figure selection... I'm currently having issues deciding which Booster to keep...

Awesome wave. No complaints as far as QC issues go - paint apps are great and no stuck/suspect joints. Looking forward to wave 8. DrSpleen did your Captain Marvel figure arrive?

No probs dude.

The Scream Man wrote:Bolo do u have a dopuble up figure in your case u want to offload?

Doubles from case 7? The only doubles I got were Booster (I'll probably keep him) and Aqua Man (tempted to head swap him with the one from wave 1). As for wave 8, I think I got doubles of the Parademons or whatever they're called.

Nah haven't recieved wave 8 but going by CSC's case description I'll get both Parademons. I think wave 8 is supposed to be out in May/June.

Ah the pain of waiting.

I've had wave 7 on pre-order at BBTS for a couple of months now. Finally it comes in and I'm eager. I turn off the 'pile-of-loot' function coz I can't be bothered waiting for my other pre-orders.
I want my wave 7 now!!
It's coming express...I'm getting excited.
I keep checking the USPS tracking site every couple of hours for updates. It hits Oz. I'm doing a Tom Cruise on Oprah's couch.
'Attempted Delivery' comes up. I expected this as I'm temporarily in a different residence (same building, different floor) while renovations and upgrades to our regular abode are underway.
Instead of carding me and me going to pick up from the local PO the postie assumes 'no longer at this address' and returns my beautiful package to the distribution centre in Port Melbourne.
I only find this out after I've made two phone calls to Auspost who've had to launch an investigation to track down my missing bounty. After finding it Auspost say they'll drop it at my local and I can go pick it up myself Tuesday.
Today is Tuesday. I've checked once. Still not there.
Hoping and praying I have the wonderful wave 7 in my clammy, hair-encrusted palms by this evening.

Good luck mate!

FIANLLY got a modern batgirl off eby today. She looks really good, one of the better female figures in the line. the belt looks slightly large, but thats what she had in the comics, so... *Shrug*

Whoa!!!
I try only to get one of any character in any size class to limit spending and doubling up but I think this one will replace my DCD one. PG was my favourite super girly when I was a wee small child back in the 80's. Now I understand why.
