G.I Joe movie figures

Post by Artistix on Tue Jan 13, 2009 6:44 am

I know I am one of the few people here (or anywhere) who loves movie figures, but I just saw the movie Baroness & she is looking pretty cool....for a Hasbro woman.

Looking better than those other pics we saw anyway of her & Breaker.

And far better than all the mannish women we've received lately in G.I Joe (hatless Lady Jaye for one)

Do Aussie stores get in this magazine?

I used to spot issues of ToyFare down at my old local comic shop (Quality Comics).

Most "comic book" stores get in stock of Toy Fare.

Borders also stocks Toy Fare (with the added bonus that you can read it for free and stick it back on the shelf).

Cheers.

She looks great!!! It looks like they will blend in with the current 25th anniversary figures.

Happy hunting

No, not Scottish - just cheap.

99.9% of the news/pictures/content in Toy Fare is available on-line anyway (usually thanks to scans), so I can't justify purchasing it.

I never buy anything from Borders - unless I have one of their discount vouchers (and even then it has to be significant because their "regular" prices on everything are so high and usually "hidden" (such as on their DVDs where the price on the front isn't actually their "regular price" it is some kind of "everyday sale price" even though said price is typically $5- $10 more than every other DVD retailer).

Cheers.

Some guy is selling this figure on ebay. $14.99 US including postage. I've picked one up. Should arrive in around 3 weeks.

You'll have to show us a pic.

Most of the toys at Toy Fair were pretty damn cool looking. Duke & Baroness look great, so does RipCord.

Love the Pit playset. Multi levels are awesome! Only vehicle I really like is the Moto-Viper (or whatever it is called).

I'm really looking forward to this movie. It may just be a big shoot em up special FX deal, but that alone should keep me entertained. Very Happy
