Findings!

Post by simmo on Tue Mar 25, 2008 11:10 am

Post your new findings here! Significant new findings will be updated into the News board so they will be reflected on our spanky front page.

Edit - On second thoughts, I reckon a weekly findings thread in the News might be the best, bullet point style.
Make sure you list the state of your findings to help us out.

Maybe make a Findings/Store Report area with individual threads for each state. that way people know which area the reports are from?

When we get more members, sure. Right now, I don't know if there's enough of us yet to divvy up into states.

As i mentioned in anothe rthread i was in Uncle Pete's Warringah Mall today and they had what i can only describe as the spidey3 ML wave figures on different cards (blue/Gold and red) the figures appeared to be the same except for no BAF parts and different bases/accesories included.
This might be old news to some but i have not heard about it before.
They also had some Hasbro series 1 figures for $5 each (i saw 2 emma's and 1 banshee) and some DCSH (mongul/darkseid wave) for $6.

I spotted the new 12 inch Iron man at Casey's Toyworld at Erina with a little button thing on his chest plate that has movie quotes. I think he was $69.99. All in all he looked very cool.

WooHoo found Iron man movie figures today at Casey's Toyworld Erina. Picked up all except the add on armour T.stark/Iron man put them on lay-buy so sorry no pics. They were priced at $15.99 each. Sorry forgot to mention how truly awesome they are. Hasbro in regards to paint apps etc, must be listening!!!

Yay first to find them! I went into my local comic book store, Titans Tower in Southport, and was astounded to see a case of the new Transformers Animated line voyager class. I picked up Starscream, leaving two Megatrons and a Bulkhead. Unfortunately no deluxes yet, but I suspect it won't be long before we see these in widespread release.

Starscream is very, very cool. I have him posed on my desk as I write, and he's far more stable standing than previous incarnations. The glowing eyes look cool, and his "Jay Leno" chin is growing on me.

Oh, and the new Iron Man in standard figure and 12" with sound.

OK guys, given we've got a Finds Forum, I'm locking this thread down to save confusion.
