A haul of a different sort.

Post by RyoFlame on Mon Nov 24, 2008 12:03 pm

Wasn't sure whether this belonged here or in the Shelf Life section. I thought it would be safer to put it here, since it's a figure forum, not a comic forum Razz

I made a very impulsive purchase on eBay not long ago, and they arrived in the mail today... a load of variants/rares of some of the series I collect and some I don't... but will prolly start collecting now Razz

Yes, my pics are dreadful. But I was overexcited, in a hurry, and the room was dark when I took this. The one being eaten by my flash in the centre is a Darkness sketch cover.

I'm a hardcore Witchblade fan, as well as Soulfire and Fathom, but I like anything and everything by Top Cow and Aspen. The Grimm Fairytales are something I've been dabbling in for a bit, but now I may get serious about them, and get started on really collecting them. I'm not often fond of the interior artwork but the stories are great.

No, I'm not going to say how much I spent Razz

always love a comic haul.

some interesting titles in there that I have collected at one point or another.

cannot help but notice the running theme there is busty females though.

I do not see the problem 8D

Sara Pezzini from Witchblade and Grace from Soulfire are my two favourite comic characters of all time. I can't help it that I like the girls in comics more than the guys. Maybe Ripclaw is an exception.

Mmm... Ripclaw.

I don't collect either, they just came with the set. I may keep the Lady Death, but if you're interested in the Purgatori issue...

In the top picture it's the comic in the second row from the bottom, second from the left.

Say, don't I get some sort of special credit for not talking you out of buying these?

Hell no! This is the most terribly impulsive thing I've ever done >__< I'm living on breadcrumbs until I get my budget sorted out again, after this little hiccup.

At least it's a pretty hiccup Razz
