11 days??? That's seriously wrong. I ordered He-Ro via UPS and it took 4 days for shipping confirmation (last Saturday). Figures arrived on Tuesday (3 days after shipping confirmation).

Also, with your Man-At-Arms order, did you order him via UPS or International Post? Just curious to see how long that took to arrive.

Int shipping and it only took 3 weeks from order to door, so if it takes a week for He-ro to arrive and he is shipped soon (hopefully) then it will have been the same time.....

Re: Tri-Clops

I'm skipping Tri-Clops (got to save that $$$$ for Teela, Adora, Trap-Jaw amongst others), but thanks for the offer DBF.

Cheers.

Hey DBF

Has your He-Ro shipped yet?

I read on He-Man.org that people who ordered the subscription at the same time as He-Ro have had their He-Ro delayed as it is being recognised as shipping in January.

Not what's happened to you, is it?

Ah, interesting. I was wondering if that might be the case too (about them being ordered at the same time as the subscriptions), but clearly not then. Just as long as they do eventually show up I guess, but still, it's rather frustrating (for you as much as anybody, I'm sure), especially as they now are going to be even more backlogged with orders with Tri-Klops. Unless they made He-Ro in two batches and one didn't show up on time or something...with Matty who can tell. Laughing

Apparently they upped the order size again for Tri-Klops, so that would be part of it.

And remember, Matty are shooting for an amount that allows them to have these things in stock for a couple of weeks or so before selling out, in order for floks to be able to order them easier, so I imagine they are going to continue to increase the production size until they reach a happy medium.

After all each figure was originally supposed to be made available for a month, and only retired when sold out or when the next figure was due to come up for order.

Ok, so trike has shipped but still no word on he-ro, have contacted Mattel 3 times and they have started a "case" so I have a case number and they are looking into it. I'll know more mid next week, about when trike gets here.....
