I do know cash fresh will send you a package shipped email about 2-3days after they have already sent it.

I usually get my "package sent" emails on the day the package arrives - which is the day after they sent it.

Heh, yeah. I just thought it was weird for Casefresh to send out the email a whole day after they sent the actual package. I mean, whats the point in sending the email to slightly local customers when they'll be getting their package the next day?
It just seems a bit redundant really. Smile

I'm keen to get into DCUC, but I don't want to buy cases of figures from the US and I try to avoid Evil-Bay as much as possible, so buying from an Aussie retailer would be my preferred option (when I can't buy them in-store).

Cheers.
Why don't you just email them and let the rest of us know.

"Why don't you just email them and let the rest of us know".

Mainly because from the conversation, it sounded like someone else might already know and I didn't see any reason to annoy Case Fresh with email queries when the answer might already be readily available (not to mention their reported delays in responding to queries). I mistakenly thought there was a collegial atmosphere in this thread.

Anyway, I did email them. I posted the results in the DCUC thread. They said they'll be receiving series 1 - 4 and they will be sold only in complete sets.

They also said they would be up on their site soon. I *think* series 1 and 2 are only being offered to regular/repeat customers at the moment as they still don't appear to be listed on their website.

Cheers.

Well, I recieved a tracking ticket today, so allegedly they're on their way.

3 day turn around if thats true. THATS what buying online should be like! Now i dunno if they read in here (Hi Daisy!) ort if the note at the bottom mentiuoning i wasnt happy with the 3 week turn around last time made a difference, but it looks like they're on their way.

Steve holt ordered something round the same time. Wonder if/when his will come through.

Just rehashng an old thread but what is going on with CF these days?
No site update since what the beginning of December, plus they still have the banner up for Indy figures arriving in January Laughing
I remember somebody saying something about them not really being into it anymore but c'mon.
I was checking to see if they have any MU or DCUC yet and realised the site had not been updated in a loooong time.
Hope they are not struggling with the current financial situation.

I usually order from them every couple of weeks. I just ordered Marvel Select Captain Bucky,Thor and IronMan but unfortunately I was notified the IM was no longer in stock they just hadn't updated their site. They have now though. I think their great. In my opinion the best Aussie seller of collectibles. Daisy is great..

Agree.
Yet, they have been extremely remiss (even slack) in their homepage updates but several of my readers noted hidden bargains were put into stock on their site at the end of Feb. But...we are still awaiting for that BIG update...just have to keep checking.

I intensely dislike that they don't update as regularly as they used to. I liked being able to just browse and make up a (then) $80 order.
Nowadays I'm pretty select with what I buy though, so I prefer going with Figures Direct if I buy online.
