Most of them actually. Like i said, Red Tornado and maybe Batman Id keep, but not the rest. And i dont want their metamorpho parts. If u want to grab the bulk of a set Id take those 2 off your hands.

Series 2 I want Superman Blue, Modern Aquaman and Firesotrm. I could live with harley, and I have a friend after Black Manta. again, I have no desire for the Grodd parts.

well, if we get a set of each, are u happy t take the excess figures to trade as well? That way u will get both BAFs and be able to trade off the figures.

if u are cool to do that, Im in.

have scored Steel, Modern Supergirl, Cyborg and Batman Beyond off ebay. Not to bad pricing (Between 20/30 a figure). Could have been worse.

cant wait till they get here.

Re: DCUC Wave 4+

BRISBANE - Comics Etc have received stock of DCUC series 4.

The figures that are left include - Wonder Woman, Artemis, Cyborg and Captain Atom (silver). They're $28.00 each.

Hopefully a fan grabs Artemis. I thought about indulging in some Evil-Baying with Artemis, but I'll trust that my toy karma will be returned.

I grabbed a Wonder Woman and Ares and am happy to part with the Despero pieces if anyone wants them.

In other news, they had the Hasbro Marvel Legends two-packs (all of them) for $50.00 each, some "Voyage of the Damned" Dr Who boxed sets for $80.00 and that was about it for "new" products. BSG Series 1 has been reduced to $10.00, but BSG Series 2 has been increased to $25.00 (from $20.00) presumably due to the weaker dollar.

Cheers.

Ares in DCUC Series 4 is a regular figure. Despero is the BAF.

Ares in Hasbro Marvel Legends (not sure which series) is a BAF.

Too many Ares (what's the plural of Ares).

Cheers.

DCUC 2-packs wave two

Post by BoloMusashi on Fri Dec 19, 2008 6:25 am

We seem to have a number of DCUC-related waves so I wasn't sure which one to post this in.

Series 2 DCUC two-packs are up for order via BigBadToysStore.com

* Batman Vs. Clayface
* Superman Vs. Classic Brainiac
* Lex Luthor Vs. Supergirl
* Golden Age Hawkman & Golden Age Hawkgirl

Clarrification about new 2 packs from Action Figure Insider

"So here is the deal with the new DCUC 2 packs and new IH Mallahís Revenge 6 packs that has shown up on some internet sites.

These are currently "proposed" packs which we would very much like to get to. What are the factors holding them up you say? Well fan interest that is what!

To generate this, we have offered these packs to online retailers in hopes of generating enough pre-sales and support going into production. If we do recieve that and can hit the minimum order quantity we need to go into production, these packs will roll out throughout 2009. Here is the skinny:

Batman vs Clayface

Batman will be in his black and gray costume with "mud splatter" effects. Clayface will be an exact reissue of this hard to find figure.

Superman vs Brianiac.

This is proposed as a standard Superman figure (Eradicator head on the Wave 6 Superman body with red heat vision eyes) vs. Classic Brainiac (green head) with an all new head and coller piece. Brainic will come armed with Luthorís gun from the 2007 figure.

Supergirl vs. Luthor

This will be a reissue of the Blue outfit Kara Supergirl and the power suit Lex, but perhapes with a little surprise in the accessories!

Golden Age Hawk Pack

Two new figures to start your golden age collection.

So again, all of these packs are pending fan interest. Because they are not being carried (at this time) by any of the large box stores, we need to generate a minimum order before we can turn on the green light and go into production.

And while many may ask "why not sell these on MattyCollector.com?", well, that is because we have other more intensive packs with more obscure characters from the DC universe planned for the Matty.com offerings which are already going forward - check out the new issue of Toy Fare for a sneak peak at Alex Luthor and Ultraman. These 4 packs are meant to get harded to find figures back in collectors hands. (vs the Matty packs are all news characters in each pack).

If these packs do not get produced, we will try to work these characters back into the line down the road. But for now, the best way to show support for these packs is to place pre orders with your favorite online retailer today!

Also, look for a surprise reveal on MattyCollector.com right after Xmas this year! "

I'd like a Hal GL but at $28 +p/h is too much for a blob of plastic... I'd pay that for a new Teen Titans Robin if anyone sees one though... dead keen for that one!

Just put in my pre-order for my Army Builder Green and Red Parademon's. I know they're not due till May / June, but Im not risking those bad boys, LOL 4 of each to begin with and then see what my guy can grab in the shops....

I wish these had continued here, the hunt isn't the same when you just click on a button and put the quantity you want... Kicks the computer desk in frustration
