Ordering from Minotaur

I`ve only ordered from them once before and their service was pretty sharp. This time seems to be taking awhile. I`ve emailed them but have yet to get a response. Also, I can`t remember if last time I got an order confirmation or number I can quote, as i didn`t get one this time. Anyway, question is, is this usual for them? Anyone order from them regularly?

Why not call them on 03 9670 5414.

I generally call or e-mail them before I place any orders to make sure everything is still in stock that is listed on their site.

If it is taking a while to arrive I phone them. They are always helpful.

I love that shop. I go to Melb for work occasionally and always make sure I drop in. Only place better on my route is Kollectable Kaos in Adelaide, specialising in statues etc. They do websales as well. They have two shops in Adelaide and the bigger one is awesome. Wish work took me there more :0)
