Well it was excellent seeing you all there, apologies as I had to leave early. Hopefully next time we can go and grab a bite to eat.

Got a good haul, plenty of clones for the shelf (and a few I'd been hanging for). Though it was a little sad to see the place with a few missing tables. At least theres the regulars Smile

Got to say it was good to finally put faces to the names and Sweetest, the amount of times I have seen you there and around the gosford area have been many, your dads a Ford man right.

Was a good turn out punter wise even though some tables were empty and there were bargains to be had.

Sweetest was luggin around a couple of shopping sized bags, LOL, I scored a few loose ML's Id been chasing and for a very less than value sum. Got a great deal on a loose Stealth Iron Man, S1 Capn A, Toad, Green Hulk, Regu ML1 IM, Movie GG, Movie N Osborn all for a $100 - cheap as chips.

Was nice day out, will have to organise something after the next one solidly. Man of the day was Nitey who came even though it was his little ones birthday!!! who just topped DBF's chucking a sickie for the meet up, honourable mention goes to Simmo who had to miss his movie marathon, LOL

Hope to see more of you guys next time.

DBF/UCK whos going to post a pic of Fat Man and Throbbin????

You all smell.
But not as bad as the cheese smell from DBF's Batman mask.
I only bought a Doom and a spidey and a few SW books so the falcon could be just round the corner.........
Good seeing you guys again and good to meet bugs in the flesh.
My favourite bit of the day was the free refills in hungry jacks.

Glad to have make the effort to finally catch up with TST Fieldy Simmo Niteowl UCK and DABIGFELLA! And put faces to alias. It was a nice sunny day and nice to see many people around looking for toys etc. Haul-wise, not much to brag about, bought a SMC daredevil...

Must admit it was a good and funny moment when we were at the Toy r us and heard other groups of people talking about where's the next stop to check out toys. Normally it will be just myself!

Let's catch up next time.

Simmo I forgot to ask did you end up getting the flyers done? I checked on the way in but didnt see them, interested to see how they turned out.

Had an idea the other day - what if you left a stack with Kings comics on the counter, it would help their sales with preorders for ML, DCD etc and buzz for new series of comics etc.

I didnt know about Skrull Invasion till a month after it was out. I dont hit a lot of comic shops regularly. But others do.

Nah, I couldn't get them done at work on Friday, dammit. A couple of us have been looking at another option Fieldy, but we'll let everyone know when we can get it sorted.

Yeah it would be great for the site, I mean there has got to be more of us out there and other members in other states could do the same in their regular comic shops/haunts etc.

On a side note - how many Sydneysiders are there on the boards now, I always thought it was more than us today.
