The Shocker (6 inch scale) Found

Post by The Iceman on Fri Jun 20, 2008 4:50 am

Heads up guys.
Late night shopping last night with the wife at Big W Parabanks (S.A.) and I found the Shocker. It was the same mold as the one from a couple of years ago that didn't make it to retail here but the yellow paintwork is a bit brighter more in line with Spider-man comics appearances. A great figure apart from the non-articulation in his arms. There was also a repaint of the Ultimate Rhino figure.

Grab him if you can he is a top looking figure, don't listen to what anybody says about the lack of arm artic, you will only ever pose him with arms outstretched anyway.

I've seen heaps of them at my local Woolworths. I just didn't realise he was a rare one. Also in the same wave was a sweet Black Cat figure.

Quoted 2nd for truth!!!

I don't think there is a new Black cat with this one. This figure is the 6 inch version in the new Spider-man villain classics, people might be thinking about the 5 inch scale one that came out with black cat about a year ago.

I saw it yesterday and snagged it at KMart Northcoteland. Cost me a good 16.99 Smile Happy with it as my bro snapped the shoulder-arm peg on my other shocker Sad

Just back from a lunchbreak where I scored a second Shocker figure.
They seem to be one per case. I already have a loose one from it's first release so if there is anyone that would like this one it cost me $14.75. Postage anywhere in Australia should be $5.20 or cheaper if they want it loose. If you live in Adelaide you can collect it from me.
First to PM me with details.

I saw one at Target Melbourne (City). It is a repaint of the original Spider-man Classics figure, not the newer 5" figure. Whereas the original is mustardy-yellow/brown, I would describe this as being a metallic gold instead.

Spotted one down at K Mart Innaloo a couple days ago. I've already got the first version, so I passed on this one.

There was 1 in Blacktown Target on saturday.
It was on the top shelf on an end section down beside the bedding stuff (not in the toy section)
