Novel: Assasins apprentice, by Robin Hobb

Borrowed this series off a work mate, so far quite enjoyable. it will prob take me 6 months to read as i still have lots of comics to get through also.
Anyone else read this series?

Wondering where it's staged ie is it a dragon lance type, or modern day etc

In a word "Awesome" my wife was reading the second book and told me i would like them i ended up catching her up on a later book and we had to share it Laughing
hope i did not spoil it to much by telling you there is a later book.
Awesome awesome series it stoped me reading comics and watchng telly over the summer.

If you enjoyed the series make sure you read
The Tawny Man series as well.
Robin Hobb is one of my favourite authors and meeting her was the highlight of Brisbane Supanova this year. She is a lovely woman and I know have autograph plates for all of her novels that I own.
