WHOA! I just heard the news that Agent Venom is getting packed into the ASM series as a Walgreens exclusive.

Prepare some lube for those scalpers guys!

EDIT: Call me crazy, but if it's exclusive only in the states, maybe we'll see this line up in Oz?

Yeah, good luck with that.

I continue to be astonished at how hard Hasbro make it to buy their product.

The 3 3/4 Infinite series was at Big W today. The wave with Hyperion in it.
I keep hoping to see 6" on shelf somewhere for the toy sales but Nada so far.

Well a Hasbro rep told me Spidey Legends at Target in May. Could these guys really be any more incompetent?

I forgot to ask if I could post this... oh well. I finally heard back from Hasbro AU and its not good. I asked about the Spiderman series and then about Agent Venom.

Hasbro Consumer Affairs wrote:
Hi Alex,

The Infinite Series went into Target from this month. There is only a small amount of stock being released in Australia, please contact Targets head office for stock availability.

Regarding the exclusives , unfortunately they are not available to Australian consumers.

They didn't go into any of the Target's I've been in. I haven't really heard of any sightings either. It must be a really small amount.

If anyone is still after some of these and is happy paying a "little" bit extra, eBay seller *the.little.toy.company* has the hard to find ones (Black Widow, Black Cat, Carnage etc. all $40) in stock at the moment. (Also, he's got quite a few of the new Avengers Infinite 3-3/4" figs in stock as well. Death's Head etc.)

He's in Victoria, so shipping is only around $10 and I'm certain he would combine. He does pickup too which is good for any Mexicans on the board.

That email from Hasblo is astonishing. Between OzFigurama and Action Figure Blues we've got members all over the country and not one person has seen these supposed "Spidey Legends" at Target.

I suspect these will show up in the Target Toy Sale catalogue on the 16th.

I spoke to someone at Target last night and when I asked about sale exclusives (apart from being excited about the Frozen merch they are getting) he mentioned Spider-man figures.

This makes me think its some stuff _other_ then the Spider-man stuff they already have out.

Well, one can dream anyways.

Boom! $30! Nice price.  Shocked

Can't tell from that which assortment it is but still, we have Legends at retail! The game is afoot!

EDIT: yes I CAN tell. That's Boomerang amongst all those Spideys so there's a Spider Girl and Toxin somewhere there too (or was).

Correct.

All three Wave 2 exclusive characters confirmed at two locations.

This might be a weird question - but is anyone not keeping BAF parts for these? I have both legs and the torso - if someone has a spare head and both arms let me know!

Hey Briggs.....why not buy what you want now, keep the receipt, then take them back when the sale starts, get a full refund and then buy them again at the discounted price....???

Wouldnt you then have to wait for them to actually put them  back on the shelves again before you could re buy them? I like your thinking tho haha

Well, if they are pedantic about it then yeah they might do that, however if you told them upfront that you intend re-buying them at the discounted price the person serving you could either
a). give you a refund of just the difference between the old and new price, or
b). simply hand them back to you and direct you towards the registers to re-buy them after processing your refund Smile

Saw the Spidey Infinite series yesterday at Target Mt Gravatt, only had one each of Toxin, Spidey, and Superior Spidey

They also had this series at Comics Etc in the city but it seemed to be the opposite wave, they only had 1 each of the Beetle and Black Cat (no Carnage), grabbed the Black Cat as she looked cool but was $35

For the new ones, only want Hellcat, Maria Hill and Coulson.
Great to see a Coulson figure.
I already have from previous releases 2 Nicks, Spiderwoman and the Select Thanos.

Re: Marvel Legends Infinite Series

Not to mention we're getting another two Carol Danvers figures with an apology Ms Marvel in the Radiactive Man 3-pack and then again as Captain Marvel in the Avengers wave.

Star Lord gets another go around in a classic Guardians pack.

3 Star Lord figures
3 Ms Marvel figures

An apology Black Widow.
An apology Sentry figure
An apology Iron Fist figure

What a fucking travesty. That Thanos is a piss poor take compared to the Select one.

Got to agree with you....the Select version will stay as my preferred display even if I end up acquiring all the pieces to build him from buying the whole wave of Avengers 2.  I must admit though I am more selective these days and tend to cherry pick only characters not done before...exception will be the Scarlet Witch re-do. Getting tired of different versions of the same characters being produced while figures like last years showing of Batroc, Blizzard, Songbird, Bulldozer & Tiger Shark are not. Plus as much as a Hellcat, Odin and Machine Man would be welcome additions to my collection there is no saying that they will deliver on them. Until pre-orders go up for them I refuse to be excited. Not even sure I will fork out for the Radioactive Man 3 pack......who wants another Captain America????
