Hot Toys 1/6th scale ED-209 and die-cast Robocop with sound fx

BBTS pre-orders for ED-209 already exhausted.

$409 USD and can only imagine the shipping to Oz.

Robo pre-orders are still available as at this moment. Maybe that's because at $300 he's a little steep? I know he's die-cast and comes with a butt load of pieces, but still...

As a fan, I'm keen but just can't justify the cost even though Hot Toys hold/increase their value better then anything else.

I'm so thankful NECA have this license too.

Hot Toys ED-209 or NECA ED-209 + Food.

All 3 are a thing of beauty, that's for sure! I wish I could justify a ED-209, I am a fan but the 89 Batmobile beckons me. I have 50 something Hot Toys and love every single one. If I get a Robocop I just know I won't rest until I get a ED-209. Obviously I am not married and don't have kids. Razz

That has to be the quickest non-exclusive BBTS Hot Toys pre-order exhaustion ever!

Sideshow still has preorders up but the pricing is almost identical.

Jesus Christ...I wanted Joker and Batman 1990 but this is crazy. Have you guys bought enterbay before?

I haven't actually bought any 1/6th scale or premium format figures before at all. I was looking at the Robocop re-release to be my first and maybe only, but unfortunately just can't swing it at this time. We'll see if I win lotto before February.

I'm actually thinking about jumping to 1/4 scale if NECA's Iron Man Mark VII looks good. For $150, that feels less insane. That company is on fire right now.

Damn nice figure though. And if that ED-209 is to scale, won't it be the size of a small dog? Probably even bigger than Iron Monger! All I've had for the last 20 years is my cap-firing ED-260 from the Ultra Police line, then in the space of a year they're releasing two!!
Oh, and my Kotobukiya One-Coin version.

Never bought Enterbay before though the 18" Batman/Joker figures looked pretty good. The T-800 looked a little off sculpt-wise.
