We still have quite a few of the Star Wars Black Series Wave 1 in stock. All except Padme. Hoping to get some more of Wave 3 in June/July.

I found some Wave 3 figures on ebay but i don't think the price is right.

Wow will have to check out TRU this weekend! $12 is a nice price for a 6" figure, that's like pre 90's prices!

Check this out though. Toys R Us website has them available to buy for $35... BUT YOU CAN"T PICK WHICH FIGURE!

http://www.toysrus.com.au/star-wars-15cm-black-series-figure-assorted/#vwocamp

Apparently they are "packed at random". Um, no they're not TRU. They are one each per box. What kind of web site only sends you random figures!? Aussie Retail fails again.

I won't even mention that judging by the pictures they can't even tell you which wave you will get a figure from! And I'm guessing its a mistake that they've got the 3.75" Luke in there. The Clonetrooper next to the Han also seems to be from somewhere else entirely as the proper Series 4 has no markings. *sigh*

Was at my local TRU yesterday and they had 7 Leias and 1 Greedo. I'm actually surprised they got that many cases in.

I should also add, nobody can surely be stupid enough to buy that Leia for $35. It's not a $35 figure, I don't care how Hasbro can justify it.

The other two figures were gone so there's no proof that there was even a box of wave three there.

I believe you, I went to my local Toys R Us today and picked up a Black series Stormy and Bespin Luke for $25.00 each. They couldn't find them in the system here either.

I know I gave MightApe crap before, but $35 for a Stormtrooper is at least on par with TRU (when they aren't looking up the wrong codes that is).

I work at TRU and also couldn't find them in the system at first. So I got them for the cheaper price that someone else marked them at, then used my discount haha. Also that online shipping at random is such bull-shit. It's because they all have the same SKN/code and head office is too stupid to have a section to tick which figure you want online. I pack the home deliveries half the times. Very Happy

Yer your right, and it seems like the sellers on ebay are taking advantage of the situation. One seller in particular has it listed for $72 (and his sold 2 before lol).

What's also pissing me off is the once dependable Hong Kong sellers are getting on the bandwagon. One HK guy known for loose DC and Marvel has the Cap Legends A.I.M Scientist loose for $50 each. I sent a message and said if they were $25 each he'd move hundreds of them. No response.

Yeah. They're generally over produced product, don't pass QA such as a paint splotch or the factories just run off extras at night to sell through other markets.

I'd buy all of that wave but I'm hoping Amazon gets them in because shipping will be cheaper. Razz

That Jabba can go fuck himself, though. What a jip.

Yeah that set has me a bit perplexed, the timing is a bit soon, and the props looks like cardboard packaging, if they had bundled them with plastic props it would sell a lot better IMO
