Those are really cool Hemish!

Got in a few new Doctor Who toys:
The Caves of Androzani - Peri & Sharaz Jek
Image of the Fendahl - Leela, Fandaleen adult & Fendaleen child
City of Death - 4th Doctor & Count Scarlioni with Mona Lisa painting
The Planet of Fire - 5th Doctor & the Master

Also got a cheap ML X3 Dark Phoenix

Pretty boring figure. They should have blacked her eyes out...I'm pretty sure they were all black when she went nuts in the movie.

Yellow Lion with Hunk arrived yesterday;

Also got in some of the last items I needed for my Batman the Animated Series figure collection: Gothan Bank & the Arkham Asylum gates

Very cool to have a Two-Face who is wearing a white outfit instead of blue. The bank includes 3 moneybags, stack of gold, Bat grappling hook & handcuffs. Arkham Escape includes a Batarang type thing, straight jacket, 2 guns for Harvey, Ivy's Snapping Flytrap & crossbow & Harley's 'Bang' gun (nicely painted this time) & punching glove

Also got out my old Monster in My Pocket figures to take a pic. Mostly series 1 though three or four are from series 2.

Still missing the Catoblepas...I'll get him one day.

Nothing is cooler than getting some toys to help finish off a collection started 20 years ago!

I think the first lines I properly collected were Playmates Star Trek Next Gen & Batman Animated. When I was really young I mainly collected train set stuff. I still have all my HO scale houses, people & cars...though the train itself is long gone. I think I ended up burning it. Laughing

Absolutely ! Have a few bits and pieces from my younger days, but enjoy finding secondhand stuff, especially toys that my friends had but I could never afford.

Had HO train setup myself that Dad spent many weekends putting together, thankfully I didn't go burning them ! lol Laughing - note to self, have to go dig that stuff up

Nice!

Thanks to theGoodDoc - Clone Wars Puko Naga & Vintage series Aayla Secura

MOTUC Thunder Punch He-Man & Draego-Man

Bought Lego Minifigs series 7 on eBayAU. Couldn't be bothered hunting them down! I did buy a few more series 4 figures while I was at Target yesterday which gave me Punk Rocker male & Hazmat guy:

I went to Target to buy the 5" Avengers figures. I put an Iron Man back as I noticed he came with the vehicle...only to find he is barely articulated! But Scream Man is sending me his Captain America & Iron Man thankfully.

Decided to hunt down some more of the items I was missing from my 4" PopCo Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix collection. I bought the Great Hall years ago, but never had the Gryffindor Common Room or the Room of Requirement. Found them on eBayUK:

The floors are warped which is a problem I recall hearing about back when they came out.

An old pic I took of the Great Hall

^^^^

I miss the good old days when playsets were plentiful. Those Harry Potter ones are actually quite nice. And it's cool how they fold up to both save space and to provide great storage for the action figures.

I'm not a fan of the more recent "single wall" style playsets, like the upcoming TMNT one from Playmates.

PopCo had a lot more cool stuff planned for Potter, like a Dumbledores Office playset...sadly Potter toys don't seem to sell well enough to last long periods. Neca managed a set for each of the later films, Mattel covered the first 3. The Tomy line from last year already seems dead.

I do miss good playsets as well. They make such awesome centrepieces for displays.

Got in some new toys

Bought a loose mint Transformers ROTF Mikaela Banes, Skids & Arcee - Had been meaning to buy this for ages. Sam & Bumblebee are on the way.

Another toy I'd been meaning to buy for a long time is the old Hasbro GI Joe Mortal Kombat movie Sonya Blade. Particularly since I bought Agent Natalie Poole (who uses the same head) last year. She's no Bridgette Wilson, but she's cool!

In anticipation of my BBTS Marauders/Dreadnocks sets which are on the way, I bought a Sargent Slaughter from eBayUS. Got him for $80US plus shipping which isn't too bad IMO.

I wasn't planning on collecting the Thor movie line after I heard Sif was cancelled. But...she wasn't cancelled! So now I'm buying some. Have Odin & Loki on the way. Really want to get the Warriors Three.

I'm not missing too much from PopCo's Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix line now, but I only have two figures from the Half Blood Prince assortment. Glad to have Hermione to keep HBP Ginny company! HBP Luna seems impossible to find. Greyback is next on my list.
