The very top shelves are the She-Ra Crystal Castle & the Horde Fright Zone.

Second shelf down is Grayskull, Eternia & Snake Mountain.

Third shelf down is NA Starship Eternia, the 200x Battle Station & the NA mutants ship (or whatever it is).

Shelf beneath that is Grayskull Tower & Viper Tower.

So does anyone in the forum getting the castle?

I guess the vintage toys could be used for nice backgrounds but getting Eternia could be costly .I am ok with $500 with that playset.

Does anyone know the shipping price for it or does Matty have expensive shipping rates?

Holy crap holy crap holy crap!!

It's almost time! I nearly shat myself when I got the notice from Matty the other day. I haven't been saving at all! Well I have, but mostly for a holiday to Hamilton Island early December. Everything happens at once!!

I'm really hoping we don't get charged till around the 10th. Gives me a few more weeks to save.

Just received an e-mail saying I will be charged for my Castles on November 19.

I am also going to order one of these manhole covers for the wind raider stand. They are $10 each. Anyone else want one while I am ordering?

Received an e-mail from Matty:
"We are writing you to let you know that your pre-order for the Castle Grayskull playset did not successfully process, and we have had to put your castle on hold.
But don’t worry!  We would like to give you the chance to claim your pre-order.  Just contact our Customer Service Team at MattyCollector.CS@digitalriver.com  or call them directly at 877-GO-MATTY, and they will be happy to help make sure you get the Castle you had originally pre-ordered.  "

Oops! That was my own fault. Embarassed
Had to give them a call. Everything seems to be fine now (fingers crossed).

Check this thread too

I'm not sure if my issue was due to lack of funds or outdated credit card info...both are possible.

Made my second call to Mattycollector a moment ago.

I called them a few days back to re-instate my Grayskull order, but I didn't think to mention my second Castle which was ordered separately & was also rejected.

So now I think everything is in order with my 2 castles. Fingers crossed.

Ugh, my card was fine, but my bank blocked the transaction... I released it the same day, but it seems DR may have reversed the transaction or something... no one has emailed me anything about whether the order is still shipping and billing, or if they've just cancelled the whole thing. >_<

I've emailed their support guys now... man, this sucks. Sad

(Good luck to the others having issues, too!)
