Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
No Atom Ant?
I would be vaguely interested in action figures based on The Flinstones or The Jestons if they made them. But, probably not interested enough to actually part with my heard-earned cash.
I would like to see Nickelodeon release a similar line, with plenty of Avatar/Korra characters!

They don't look too bad for Jazwares.
I would love to see Flintsones & Jetsons lines as well...the question is would Jazwares make the female members of the families?

Action figures of "girls" don't sell! So, of course they wouldn't make them.
Who wants aisle after aisle of Wilma, Betty, Pebbles, Jane, Judy and Rosie action figures?

Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
Rosie is in the 3 inch line up as far as I recall. Jazwares just got one of the ex hasbro/toybiz line managers too, big things for a company that has come a very long way!

Thanks for all the info. These have completed missed my radar until now.
The Fred Flintstone isn't bad, but I just don't like the 3" scale. I think I'd prefer trying to collect whichever versions I had as a kid - which a quick search of Ebay tells me were actually the Flintstone Kids action figures!

Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
Unfortunitly no one knew about them appart from me it seems. As almost all news about them was leaked by me. No marketing on these what so ever.
This was a mockup I did a bit ago with scale of the 3 inch (I did not see the figures in person so I probably got a bit of the scale wrong. The first 3 are definitly right.)

Tom & Jerry arn't in scale in the 3 inch but there is a 6 inch Tom coming. So the 3 inch will look alittle like this.

There is a Captain Caveman coming in 3 inch. (Horrible waist cut articulation, which kinds of spoils it) Better get the 10 inch plush with sound, maybe a old school pull string sound box.
Yes Jazwares is pushing ahead big time. If you not a child of the 60 and 70, will they have the 80 and 90 covered too. (Coming Sept/Oct) With several other lines I know of in the works as well.

(Most of the photos I have are probably early mockups and not final)
Did not post anything about it here as I though the HB licence was only USA/Canada. That and the few pix I put only on ozfigurama in the MK thread went missing from my site.
Fingers cross they sell really well and there is much more to come. (Adding to the groups of Yogi, Jetsons, Flintsons. Plus expand into everyone.) Now seeing they are pushing ahead on the MK playsets maybe well see some HB playsets as well. They presold really well according to a few people I spoke too which is fantastic because there was Zero shots of these available to retailers, no news, no nothing. TRU seem to have the bulk of them for now. Everyone else will get some in October. (Which is probably when Nicktoons will hit TRU and everyone else will get them in Dec.)

Nice, I would certainly love to get my hands on Space Ghost figure for the sake of nostalgia. Can remember the early Saturday morning cartoons.
Where did you get these figures if I may ask?

Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
These are currently only available in TRU. (I don't think these have an international License so it may be USA/Canada only and they might not show up in Australia.)
Currently the prices in TRU are $7 (3 inch Small), $11 (6 Inch) & $22 (2 Inch PVC sets). These prices are extremly good. (The wholesale on them is only a dollars or so less) So I got no idea what kind of deal TRU has with Jazwares because I know it would be amost as cheap for me to buy the 6 Inch directly from TRU then at wholesale.
Currently no Secret Squirrel or Captain Caveman in the 3 inch, no Tom or Fred in the 6 inch and no Flintstones or Yogi in the PVC packs. (And no plush that I seen) Everything else is out. Although they only been out for less than a week.
Oh size on six inches compaired to a ML.

(No you can't have the Spiderman it Nightowls)

Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
If I was brand manager for the next 3-4 years the 3 inch lineup would look like this.....(but I'm not)
Series 2
1 George Jetson*
2 Wilma Flintstone
3 Boo Boo
4 Marocco Mole
5 Spike
6 Top Cat*
7 Quick Draw McGraw*
8 Hong Kong Phooey
Series 3
1 Jane Jetson
2 Barney Rubble*
3 Ranger Smith
4 Yellow Pinkie
5 Nibbles
6 Benny the Ball
7 Baba-Looey
8 Penrod "Penry" Pooch
Series 4
1 Elroy Jetson w/Orbitty
2 Betty Rubble
3 Snaggapuss*
4 Atom Ant
5 Tyke
6 Officer Dibble
7 Augie Doggie
8 Pixie
Series 5
1 Astro
2 Pebbles Flintstone
3 Cindy Bear
4 Squiddly Diddly
5 Butch (Anti-Tom from T&J)
6 Choo Choo
7 Doggie Daddy*
8 Dixie
Series 6
1 Judy Jetson
2 Bam Bam
3 Huckleberry Hound
4 Chief Winchley
5 Jabberjaw*
6 Fancy-Fancy
7 Blabber Mouse
8 Mr. Jinks*
Series 7
1 Mr Spacely
2 Hoppy
3 Hokey Wolf
4 Winsome Witch
5 Droopy Dog*
6 Spook
7 Super Snooper
8 Beegle Beagle
Series 8
1 Hardy Har Har
2 Mr Slate
3 Yakky Doodle
4 Precious Pupp
5 Touché Turtle
6 Peter Potamus*
7 El Kabong*
8 Magilla Gorilla
Series 9
1 Lippy the Lion
2 Great Gazoo
3 Wally Gator*
4 Granny Sweet
5 Dum Dum
6 Loopy De Loop*
7 Ricochet Rabbit
8 Mr. Peebles
You would add a line with vehicles to cover the various Versions of Wacky races, Space Race (Re-issue a heap of charactures like Jazwares has done like they did with Sonic), Speedbugy, Wheelie and the Chopper Bunch. (Penelope Pitstop, Dick Dastardly, Muttley would be in these) Anyone with a Star would also be a 6 inch somewhere, Secret Squirrel & Yogi would also have a 6 inch version from series 1. Grape Ape would only be a 6 inch, no 3 inch.
I know I missed the Hair Bear Bunch, The Hillbilly Bears, and Ruff and Reddy. (I squeeze in some Hair Bears at the expense of some the Top Cat guys. Maybe make Dibbles a 6 inch so the cats would be in scale.) One or Two more Series more I be able to squeeze everyone in. (although we pushing past 80 charactures. Jazware might to 2-4 series, I hoping more.) . I stayed away from any human cartoons like Josie and the Pussycats, Clue Club etc as well of humans out of say Captain Caveman, Jabbajaws etc and any Super Hero Show. Most of your superhero like Birdman, Dynomutt, Mightor you put straight to 6 inch bypassing the small scale. The Herculoids I go for some sort of boxed set. It tough to try and squeeze in everyone and not have too many cats or dogs or girls in any one lineup. Plus following some sort of order, having A listers in each series. But you get the full line of Flintstons, Jetsons, Yogi, Top Cat, Tom & Jerry, Huckelberrys Gang. (I spent far too much time think about my childhood TV watching habbits.)

Re: Jazwares Hanna Barbera
Possible series 2
3 Inch
Atom Ant w/dumbell
Quick Draw McGraw w/guitar
Spike w/bone (Tom & Jerry)
Tom in Zoot Suit w/tom as a ball (Could be a bowling ball)
6 inch
Chef Tom w/Chef Hat & Meat Cleaver (reusing body but different Scowling Head)
Zandor w/Gloop (or is that Gleep?)
Yakky Doodle? (He looked to be PVC size so possibly comes with a 6 inch, Chopper the Bulldog would be my call or in a new PVC set.
Will assume there will be several reissues with either different accessories or new heads rounding out the second series. Possibly new articulation in some. (Speculate Space Ghost in 6 inch. Fred, Jerry, Tom, Yogi in 3 inch)
Don't think there is a world wide release on these still.
