Update made a mistake on the title. It could be a character or characters could be a list that you like or for keeping it easy just the genre: comic, movie, games or etc e.g. X-men,F4,The Dark knight

My collection is pretty dominated by Batman comics / figures so Batman and his allies / villains would be right up there for me although I have a big soft spot for the Justice League, other notable mentions would be:

- Spider-man
- Thor
- Green Lantern
- Aquaman
- X-men
- Fables
- Preacher
- Walking Dead (comic and tv series)

I'm with Mahzian, Batman is pretty good, well REALLY good. His rogue's gallery is second to none, he lays claim to some of the greatest comic book stories ever told (Rogue's gallery included) by some of the greatest artists/writers ever. He is bastard that way. Other than that....
Judge Dredd, ABC Warriors' Hammerstein, Green Lantern, Jonah Hex, Dr. Manhatten, The Crow, Red Son Superman, Hulk (How many times in how many situations have you wished you were the Hulk?!), Silver Surfer, The Punisher and... Spider-Man.

It changes all the time, usually depending upon what comic book movies are sitting in my top 5. Thanks to The Avengers and his first solo movie, Iron Man is probably one of my favourites at the moment.

Wonder Woman will always be a favourite and I don't mind the most recent reboot version either. As a big fan of Greek mythology and chicks that kick azz, I think I was always destined to like Wonder Woman.

And Spider-man still ranks pretty highly, even after Spider-man 3. Generally, I like the heroes who have some flaws and/or weaknesses. I can't get too enthused about the truly "super" heroes like Superman or Captain America because they're just too good and/or too powerful.
