No record of subscription order this month, anyone else the same?

Being the 21st, I am pretty concerned of another major stuff up.

Tpunch, Draego and Yellow lion haven't either been invoiced or charged, nor is there any sign of it on my order history, for my subscriptions.

Naturally contact with customer support is so far proving fruitless. They replied saying order blah is unsubmitted but when i followed the link it was for some obscure thing, nothing related to my question.

I caved in and called customer service the other night, but could barely hear the person and didn't get anywhere either.

The forums get the blanket answer from toy guru of not his problem, contact customer service, and so it repeats.

Has anyone else not had their subscriptions renewed for this month, regular shipping type (as they wont let me change to UPS) ?

Mine have already shipped, but after the sale date.

What day did they process yours mate?

My latest MOTUC sub figures shipped earlier in the week (both subs)......however, I'm still waiting to see the charge appear on my card though.

I just got an email this mornign saying they tried to do it but it didn't work, even though I have both phone calls and emails with the correct card number and available funds.


Does anyone have a better solution for orders of everything that is reliable? I'm so fed up its not funny. BBTS is stupidly expensive per figure, but if there was a bulk seller with reliable shipping and only a small markup, it might be the solution instead of the supposedly 'hassle free' subscription thats not working...

I find that it pays to wait - often prices are high just after they come out, but I got my Wind Raider, Swift Wind, Demo-Man and UBG Evil-Lyn pretty much at cost a couple of months after they came out from various sellers - I guess it depends on what you are willing to pay. Voltron might be a little rich for a while - seems to be a lot of interest. All of mine shipped after the sale date too.

I guess if one was to set up that automatic ebay thingy it might work hey.

Not holding my breath but maybe if I spam Customer support I might get someone who can help, maybe before next month's sale even. That would be tops.

I spammed a couple of emails, and I got in my inbox tonight a 'your sub has renewed' so yes, now they have my money, and have begun to do what was meant to happen.

upon closer inspection of K.Khan, he wasn't shipping till the 23rd of last month, so I expect around the 30th if anything. Shocking shipping time frames for sure.
