Sadly... Someone just pointed out that this is the same Dr Doom from Hasbro's first time around, back in 2007.

MarvelLegends.Net - Dr Doom (Ronan series)

I kinda tuned out after that White Queen figure (yikes!)

That Doom figure is nice, I didn't realise he had a removable helmet, might have to grab him now!

Yeah I dropped out around the same time, I think that was the first Hasbro wave? I remember them going from like $15 to $25 and they looked cheap as Sad

Yes, it is the same figure as released in the Ronan series but I always thought his armour then looked dull and plasticy but with this re-use they have made the armour look more like metal as it should. I haven't opened mine yet but have opened Iron Man, USAgent and Mystique and posed them on their stands. I actually like the stands and the way they interlock.....I hope Hasbro release the stands on-line to buy in bulk as there are a few figures that continue to fall over once the warmer weather gets here. I'll post pics once I've opened them all. Smile

I'll pick-up the Freedom Foundation white variant of Doom just because, but I really hope this total reuse isn't going to be common.

I spotted the usual 6 of Wave 3 at TRU Innaloo. i picked them up, but it looks like each case has 1 extra Deadpool and Iron Man. Good luck.

TRU Cannington is cleaned out except for one Iron Man. Was keen to grab a Mystique and maybe a Punisher. Might just eBay them. Razz

Fair enough, mate. I actually haven't unpacked them yet, so can't say.

I think its safe to say that TRU will only order one case per store; same as last wave.

TRU at Knox appear to have three boxes on the pegs.

I grabbed a US Agent, none left now.

One Dr. Doom, two deadpool and the others

King's is listing Blade as being in their shipment this Thursday, along with the Punisher and the others. $29.95 though.

But I'm not sure how certain they can be given that no store online seems to be giving any guarantees of which you might get, Punisher or Blade.

Advertised for sale at $19.99 as 15cm Marvel Universe in the TRU catalog I got in the mail this week. Picture in the catalog shows Bucky-Cap and Neo-classic Iron Man. Interested to see whether this indicates they've stocked up prior to advertising.

Went to Aspley Toys R us this morning - pathetic! The bored-looking stock boy tried to convince me that the actual MU figures were the ones in the catalogue - despite being the same price, he was under the impression I didn't know the difference between 6 and 3.75 inches. When I asked if they would be getting more stock as it was advertised, he shrugged. SHRUGGED!! I don't complain about retail people (having been one for half of my life) but this punk is getting slapped.
Anyone else have any luck?

In TRU that I went, I had someone who thinks they know everything , she did not know what a marvel legends looks like.Anyways I had luck at Kings Comic at Sydney and only bought US Agent as the other figures were the same mold from the others previous figures.Iron-man is small and the hands were awful. $30 a piece Sad

They have a lot of Deadpool, Iron-man, Doom and Mystique

Marvel Legends are on sale at my TRU for the advertised $20. They had a new case out and every figure was on the pegs (though no sign of Mirage or Blade yet).

If anyone wants, then let me know (I'm in Canberra if you want to estimate postage).

Went to TRU Cannington today. Nothing as expected.

Is it just me or does TRU just seem to stock $2 store type rubbish and charge an arm and a leg for it?

My favourite is the sale table at my TRU which currently has the 12 inch "Hannibal" train-wreck from the A-Team movie figure "Reduced" to $20.
