Adywans - Star Wars Revisited Saga Project

I've been into Fan Edit's for some time now. Basically where you take a film and re-edit it to hopefully make a film even better by removing unnecessary dialogue/scenes etc. The Phantom Edit was the one that really kick started it all off for me.

A number of years ago I came across a project called Star Wars Revisited. Created by a person who goes by the name of Adywan.

What Adywan has done so far with his Star Wars Revisted Fan Edit Saga Project has me got me salivating! He has colour corrected the entire first two films, re-edited scenes, re-mixed the soundtrack and effects, added new special effects which fix numerous continuity errors. The end battle scene at the Death Star from Star Wars is absolutely stunning.

I still hope that one day we'll see the original films presented on Blu-Ray but dare I say it....for the time being Adywans version of Star Wars a New Hope is the version I prefer to watch these days.
