I have a few Aliens figures. It was one of the earliest lines I collected.

Stilll have to hunt down a Queen Alien playset & I've always wanted some more of the vehicles. One day...

There were some cool 3.75" figure released at some point. I think you actually had to assemble the figures yourself, but they were painted.

I never seen the alien play set and I know that I have that Plane that you put the Alien Queen on it as a prisoner or transporter.Cool collection Asterix and I used to have most of it , until they were gone.I only have the mint boxes and loose Hicks.

I still like the earlier lines compared to the new ones, there is something special about it.

Do you also have Predators earlier line.

I have seen the Hive playset on eBay a few times, but I never saw it in stores.

I was never a Predator guy.

Goo stuff can quickly get dirty and I remembered mine lasted for 1 day.So if you manage by one, find a quick replacement for it.

That would be the Evac Fighter.

I think it was the biggest of the vehicles.

I found that image in a Google search. I don't recall my cardbacks having that many figures on them either.

I wasn't that into the strange Aliens. I have a regular Queen Alien & a Scorpion Alien. Plus a Newborn Alien from Resurrection that I forgot to put in my group pic above.

I hope to buy more Scorpion Aliens at some point...but don't really need a Killer Crab Alien! Laughing

It was kinda bizarre really, to get a toyline for an R rated movie.

Best aliens I've had were teh revoltech ones, they look great and pose really well.

The 18" one is pretty damn imposing though, along with spider man, ppl think twice before raiding my toy room! =-)

The Card back is from the Europe only aliens. (Because it features the 3 Marines. Hudson, O'Malley & Vasquez which where released also in Austraila to my knowledge) According to data there was also a Alien Queen & Flying Alien Queen in that release. Both Available to us Aussies along with the King Alien as Deluxe.

The Deluxe Queen playsets was not released out in Australia.

They also went on to release a Hive Wars Set (Which was probably KB*Toys only in the USA) of repainted/rehased Alien & Predator Figure as well as a Aliens Vs. Marines which where repaints of the Marine including the UK ones & Alien (Again Probably KB*Toys in the USA)

The good thing was we got just about all the Alien figures in Australia as I know series 3 & 4 where really tough finds in the States. NB Aracnid Alien is not on any of the backer cards but was produced and released.

Scorpion Alien was the best looking Alien until they finally released a drone in the Alien Vs Predator 2 pack. (You have to remember they released Aliens first for 4 waves before thinking about Predators. Which surprisingly did not sell as well as the Aliens back in the 90's)

Yep, I found the 3 extra characters in Big W here (from memory)

It wasn't till a few years ago when I hunted down the Power Loader & the Queen that I saw a site listing green repaints of the marines which I really like the look of as I believe that is closer to the way they appeared on screen.

I love how the Scorpion Alien explodes! Had heaps of fun with that.

I just checked out the Alien/Predator 2-pack version & he is very nice! I might have to grab one at some point.

There's a square button disguised as one of the ridges on the spine just before the tail.

It's well hard to press, but when it goes off the thing really does explode to good effect. You even have the red "guts" attached to the head piece.

I used to have nearly the whole set of the Kenner figs, but I think I sold it off for a pittance. Sad

Just have Neca aliens swarming around my McFarlane queen now... looks cluttered, but very alieny.

I can't speak for anyone here, but they had a set at a toy fair here recently, and they seemed to sell... weren't HUGELY priced, but did alright for themselves. Smile I just sold mine cheap because I'm a lazy seller... and they weren't MOC either.
