Thinking about it, but I've got 2K10 and I don't think I'd play it much more than that (which was bugger all, I'm not very good).
I was going to buy 2K11 as I'm a Bulls fan, but I apparently won a runner up prize in a comp that was to give me a copy of the game (so I waited). Never came. Never got sent, some bs about it being stolen/lost by Aus post so they were going to send another copy (yeah, right) and this was for a comp I won late last year.
Anyway, its more likely I'll wait for 2K12 to come out, then I'll buy 2K11. lol. It'll be cheaper.

2k11 was not that good in online gameplay because of cheap off-ball cuts and glitch defense.The classic teams were not complete e.g. Jazzl 97 and 98 did have 4 starters but no osterstag and the rest were generic CPU.2k12 , they spend a lot of money on obtaining those rights except Reggie and Barkley spoiled it probably demanding more money.I guess the only difference is little adjustment on gameplay and just one team is not on there the 85 bulls were Air.J scored 63 on Boston during the playoffs

To be perfectly honest, I'm not really worried about generic characters on most teams, at least not on older ones. I don't know the ins and outs of the NBA's history, I'm mostly just happy as long as today's bigger names are on there. It'll probably take me a while to get around to buying one of them.
I don't play online either so thats not a problem for me
