Interested on the Jim Lee cyclops after watching it youtube + colossus + Rogue +Archangel. Very Happy

I like having multiple version of the same figure e.g. ML series 1 iron man with the stealth iron man limited release.

Thanks

Your Archangel looks different to mine, seems darker. I will post mine tonight with Warpath.Mine looks like the Archangel from the old Toy biz series 1 (first xmen series) paint job but the date is 2003.

Finally added a Mecha Hulk with Gremlin to close out my Hulk Legends collection. Took awhile to get a good loose one, a lot are missing the opening back panel where Gremlin sits. Smile

Oh well, I should have asked around UCK. I will now:-
Marvel Legends is complete.
FF Classics is complete.
X-Men Classics is complete.
Hulk Classics is complete.
I do need 3 or 4 Iron Man concept figures to close out those if you have any available. Smile

Sweet setup Ice, love the displays. And nice use of the GI Joe Night Raven as your X_Men Blackbird.

Thanks Screamy, appreciated. Yeah soon as I seen the Night Raven I thought it would work with the X-Men so I just waited until Target started marking all the GI Joe stuff down. I think it was only $20.00 when I scored it. Also grabbed a GI Joe figure and painted the head as Nick Fury and placed it on a SHIELD Agent for my replication of the 3 3/4" MU figure that was way over-priced. Smile

My new Legends

Post by The Iceman on Wed Feb 15, 2012 2:11 pm

Have opened and set up three so far.

I think they have really captured the 'don't f**k with me' in this sculpt and although he is now back as Cap, he may still appear in this costume in Secret Avengers.

Although originally a Fantastic Four villain Klaw has bad blood flowing between himself and the Panther.

Here's hoping we see more Serpent Society villains down the track including the Cobra with perhaps a BAF Mr. Hyde. Smile

Very Cool Diorama and posing.I can't wait to get this in the next upcoming week.

Just asking is it good articulation wise, compared to the earlier Hasbro?

Have no problem at all with any of the articulation. The only thing that has gone is the articulated fingers which in a lot of instances with the older Legends I would have preferred a regular fist anyway. Smile

Even more Legends

Post by The Iceman on Fri Feb 17, 2012 2:14 pm

Got around to opening the rest tonight so here is some more open pics......

Once out the pack Iron Man is no different in size to the previous 2 series of 6" Iron Man figures as seen here with the Crimson Dynamo.

Ghostie fits nicely onto any of the previous Ghost Rider bikes. (still want the blue version Smile )

Don't know much about Hope but intend picking up the upcoming Avengers vs X-Men series to find out more. A good female figure that doesn't feel like an arm or leg is going to snap off like the Scarlet Witch or White Queen.

Last two for now

Post by The Iceman on Fri Feb 17, 2012 2:25 pm

This figure is a great solid figure with plenty of attitude seen here as he is about to smite his evil half brother.

If this BAF of Terrax the Tamer is anything to go on they should have a long healthy stay in the action figure aisle. An absolutely awesome figure. I think the days of the 16" BAF are gone but intermediate size characters like this one are a big bonus and I can easily think of 10 such bulky characters that could fill the next 10 series of Legends that we would never get the opportunity to get as a stand alone figure on card. Smile
Bring on the next series. Very Happy Very Happy

Looking pretty cool, lol'd it looks like crimson dynamo sneezed a blue lugee onto ironmans repulsor! heheh

Mine's shipped... to texas! will find out in a few days what I got, to figure out what I need to chase!

man i miss the idea of 'full case with all variants' option! I'm not liking the idea of premium payment to get variants. Might be different if the locals stocked them to hunt through

Awesome Iceman.

I did a lot of reading when we first saw Hope as I had no idea who she was. Now I not only have a better understanding of Hope, but also Cable & Bishop.

And I now know why Cable comes with a baby strapped to his chest! Laughing

Next subject for my research should be GhostRider. I don't think I even saw the Nicholas Cage movie.

I love how you posed terrax on mu galactus box. Yeah the blue ghost rider, I think is better but they are both awesome.Don't know about hope summers only read xmen comics up to 1998. Also they should have expanded more on Madeylene Prior Cable's mother.I still think the late 70's or the 80's were the best storylines.

Nothing gets by Mr. MOTU. Very Happy
It certainly is, scored it at Big W on clearance for $25.00 when all the modern MOTU was on the shelves at retail. (would that be around 2005?)
I am actually using it as Castle Doom. Although as you know I still have my son's original Grayskull this one is cool with all the accompanying sounds it makes. Smile

The Archangel~Psylocke~Wolvy SDCC12 set is a beauty.....might even just keep them in the pack in my display case.

Love the Masters of Evil Universe set and hope they replicate it in Legends size.......and they really have improved sculpting on these little buggers. Smile

Lastly the X-Factor exclusive......shame they could not do Hank McCoy in his original form for this set.

Marvel Legends 3 opened and on display. Smile

Legends 2 have their shelf.

Added to my Jusice Society display with some marked down figures from the BBTS. Smile

Also moved my Green Lantern DC Classics to their own shelf. Has anybody got a spare left arm for Arkillo they would like to sell?

Hey Mr Iceman, I just thought of it, but have you ever taken the entire BAF collection in one photo ? I am just curious since you have the most complete ML collection I have seen in my entire life.

ML3 shelf looks great!

I took the shoulder pads off MU Jean too. I think the head was too far down on the neck peg. Hopefully they release her again someday on the new body...& with smaller shoulder pads & a longer neck!!
