I called my local and they didn't have them, but said to drop by on Monday to see if they can order them in or not .

I'm hoping for a yes!

Even though I have scorp and sub, I'll prob order them again, I just would like a cage as well.

I was fiddling with the old figs from them, which are quite cool!

I really like them, though a bit of their artic is useless like the ab crunch. They can't seem to do sitting positions of any kind either.

See, I knew those joints would get painted up.

Im still willing to give these a shot, especially if the price stays reasonable.

Nice Mortal Kombat picks Sammy. Cage looks better there than the default images...

If anyone remembers the original art on the back of Sotas SF line for Ryu's head, which thankfully never got made, I reckon this one is a shrunken version of it!

If the prices stay decent then they might be a pickup, i agree. But I love my figs in 6" unless joes or s/wars, so its a tossup

From memory I thought the marvel Heroclix were decent little figures
these don't look especially great but the poses & action/shadow/energy waves are cool.......

That 2nd akuma looks like hes not gonna be sitting down for a week though LOL.

Any news / rumours about the next wave of MK figs, or speculating that they have died out already?

As far as 6" goes the only figure I have heard was sculpted is Sonya Blade. I don't know when they are releasing the 4" MK figures.

I'm hopeful they get out atleast 2 assortments each for MK 4" & 6" as well as Street Fighter.

If i had to take anything it would be the 6 inchers, purely cuz they seem to get more love in sculpting.

Interesting to hear the rumour of a sculpted sonya, I would love to see a pic but I assuming its not gonna surface soon.

Isn't this the underlying probelm with streetfighters/MK's though? 2 waves then shutdown......capcom vs snk had 2 waves/ NECA had 2 waves.... I want all the main characters not just different releases of ken/Ryu/Guile/Akuma/Chunners/sub zero/scorpion

BBTS preorders inc Jax and Reptile

I really wish I could see some pics of these supposed upcoming figures. I dont intend to get the 4 inch figures at all, same as I wont get the 4 inch street fighter figures, but I wish there was more push for these!

Bought Sub Zero & Raiden, finishing 6" series 1:

Raiden - with some cheesy Paint effects Laughing

The paint work is a bit thick & runny looking on Raidens face:

Scorpion has nice normal eyes, but Sub Zero has giant eyes:

Raiden, Sub Zero & Cage seem to have more forward leg movement than Scorpion. But my Scorpion may simply be a bit tight.

Series 1 (including Raiden exclusive)

Nope. Scorp is more limited. I cut the knees outta mine and put in some from a random Marvel figure on both him and subby

movement is a LOT better now=)

New Stuff coming X-mas or Beyond.

MK9 6inch
Jax
Reptile
X-ray 2 Pack Jax & Reptile
(Scorpion and Sub Zero will be issued again, no repaits yet but they are coming. They are labeled Exclusive Waves which as good a guess is a Distributors Exclusive Mix so I assuming BBTS and I go thru the same channels. Does not mean any figure is currently tied to only one retailer. Jax and Reptile are 1 per case)

MK 9 4Inch
Sub-Zero
Scorpion
Reptile
Raiden
Baraka
(They going to be Sub Sero and Scorpion Heavy as they also have solid cases of just them.)

Classic 4 inch
Classic Robot Multi Pack (Cyrax, Smoke, Sektor)
MK2 Classic Ninja
Sub Zero
Reptile
Scorpion
(Note they are Labeled MK2 Classic not just Mortal Kombat Classics? Which could mean with minor Tweeks you could get MK3, MK4, MK5 etc packaged charactures. Also note the Noob, Rain, Emac and Smoke that some sites are listing I don't have in the assortments I can order. )

6 inch Johnny Cage is in Solid cases and for some reason is not distributed with the other 3 that I can order and will not be available until End of Nov. Cages appear to have only surfaced in Europe and limited in the States and Canada. (one per case if that)

Re: Jazwares MK & SF

I picked up the Cyber Ninjor last night. The bad paintwork actually adds to there effect, don't think it will for the regular ninjors. (Which I have not found). I picked up some other Jazwares smaller stuff (Adventure time & Street Fighter) and the paint work is not good, anything paint apps is good (Like Guiles pants and Tattoos). My SF figures also came with white joints.

Overall the Cyber Ninjors fairly good I think they probably going to be the standout of the 4 inch. My main complaint is no accessories, no peg holes in the feet and the packaging. (Pls don't Package MK3 charactures in a box with a MK1 Arcade Machine and Charactures on the back.)
