The Undead! New Customs of Mine.

Post by Shadowless on Tue May 03, 2011 3:58 pm

Hey their all. Here is some new stuff of mine. For the sculpting I used Greenstuff.

Vampire hunters.
For the base of these I used a couple of the men from the Jonah Hex line. I sculpted ruffles around their throats and wrists as well as hair on the old fellow. For the younger of the two I used the twilight Edward head and sculpted a slight widowís peak into his forehead as well as facial hair. Threw some glasses on the old guy. Gave them both a modest paint job and there you have it.

Tools of the trade.
These stakes and wooden mallet were fun. For the metal handle for the other stake I used the handle of some random tool from a lame construction worker figure I got once from a dollar store. I also got the hammer and those bolt cutters from the same set too, so bonusÖ Altogether, I think they look pretty good.

Next are the vampires . The males are different Kevin Thorn figures. I sculpted neck and wrist ruffles on the one in black as well as a high priest-collar neck line on the one in red. I also had to sculpt the shoulder-twist rolls on both figures as well as the tops of their boots. The bottom of both of these vampireís doublets were made from leather.

Vampire womanís dress is leather.

Leather robe for death. The skeleton figure is from the Black Lantern line.

Made this necromancer from the Neco figure from the Black Lantern line. Just painted his cloths a dirty red and highlighted some of the metal on him in gold. I also gave him a leather hood and painted it red.

I hated the dark skin on Hordakís face so I fleshed it out to match the rest of him . I also painted Skeletorís face and toe nails to them it look more like bone and gave his cloths a much darker look. Again with the leather hood and cape. Wink

The Vampire assassin. Got the idea for this custom from playing too much of the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Itís just one of the Assassin Creed figures with the head of David from the Lost Boys. I had to whittled down his hair so that it would fit under the hood. Itís vampires in the hood yo!

Grave digger. I hated his bent neck so I cut a section out of it and re-pinned it.

Last of all, this is the 12Ē Dracula beast figure. If any of you have this figure, you will know how much the actual figure looks nothing like the one on the box- or the prototype that was shown before the figure was released. Anyway. This was a small custom. Sculpted a widowís peak as well as one side of his lips. I am not real happy with the hair. I should fix it, but probably wonít cause Iím lazy. I had to cut down his lame crooked teeth too. They are still crooked, but not at bad.

Well thatís all. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for that. With greenstuff, use water as itís going off to make it smooth. Then when it has gone off, use fine wet and dry sand paper.
