I have preordered a case of the classics myself as I doubt these will even hit our stores

Scroll down for a good look at the proto-type (?) sculpt for Raphael from the TMNT Retro/Classics line:

They have these at Hobby Co Town Hall

Anyway found this at ebay , vintage of 95 figurines MOC.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TMNT-FIGURES-95-FIGURES-MASSIVE-LOT-MOC-/150846608903?pt=AU_Action_Figures&hash=item231f289607#ht_500wt_1287

EDIT: I thought it was the latest ones but just seeing a playmates label on a TMNT figure.I believe the detailing is superb.

^^^^

They have the new Retro Classics TMNT action figures from Playmates? I don't think they've even been released in the US.

Or they have the new 2012 cartoon series action figures (which TRU in the US did start accidentally shipping to customers in the last week or two)?

I do not think its the new ones from what I just read. I just saw it labelled by playmates and I thought the detailing in the figures was nice.

I found the TMNT Classics at Comics Etc, Brisbane - $25.00 each.

They appeared to have two (2) complete sets.

I have an order coming from Amazon, but they looked great in person and I spent far too many minutes on the weekend wondering how I could justify having two of one of the turtles, but I'm just not competent enough at customising to somehow make a Slash.

So beautiful. The last time I checked, my Amazon order was still in New Jersey.

I haven't been this excited for new figures in a very long time.

I just followed suit and ordered some off Amazon as well. Also got the four new cartoon turtles (have a very comic bookish look I like). $125 for 8 figures shipped... unbelievably cheap.
