I never had Hurricane Hordak, and nither did anyone I knew, so I guess I just don't have the same kind of attachment to him as I do to other variants like Battle Armor He-Man and Skeletor, Dragon Blast Skeletor, Thunder Punch He-Man and so on.

There's nothing particularly wrong with him, I'm just rather indifferent I guess.

Leeck though, him I'm looking forward to. And I do quite like their sculpted interpretation of the vintage head, even if it is very Gorn-like. I don't really get the net thing though...

Now where's Mantenna?

Holy hell Leech is freakin awesome! He was one of my faves.

It is odd to see his mouth sculpted properly. So use to the suction thing.

Never heard of that Hordak before. He looks ok.

Wow! LEECH! How very cool.

Good to see another Horde member being released. I didn't think we would see more Horde for a while.

I don't collect the variants, but even if I did, I don't see a lot of difference with the new Hordak. The chest armour is white instead of black and he's obviously got a funky arm/hand attachment, but otherwise he appears almost identical to me (which I guess is true of most of the A-List variants so far, but their different chest armour made a bigger impact).

Didn't vintage Leech have a suction cup head as well? I don't think I had HH as a kid.

That's right. Liking the new head sculpt, unsure as to whether the 80's suction cup mouth would work. Not sure if it's the angle or whether it's because it's a proto, but does his head look a little too big to anyone else?

Hmmmmm. I kind of prefer the Staction head for Leech. The MOTUC version does look a bit comically over-sized in comparison, especially the teeth and "lips". Still, the 4H have done a great job so far, so hopefully the figure will look better in other pictures and in-hand.

Cheers.

I didn't even know/remember that we received a staction Leech. He is cool.

It's nice that we are really getting into the Horde now with Hordak, Grizzlor and Catra & Leech on the way.

I know Hordak could just turn into a rocket or whatever if he wanted to travel distances, but did he have any kind of favoured beast transport? (like Battlecat/Swiftwind)

For some reason the new head reminds me of the dragonblaster skeletor dragon!

smaller teeth might be good be better perhaps?

Hordak on vehicle, not that I recall...

Wasn't there a Horde tank though or something?

I think Hordak's "ride" in the figures was Mantosaur (the giant praying mantis).

Wow, both Docs looking to offload their Hurricane Hodaks. I would grab them, but I'll be ordering them with Leech with Gevaudin, so we need the numbers to even out the shipping. Razz

I am very excited! Leech is awesome, and was definitely one of my old favourites.

Guess I'm gonna end up with a ton of battle armour figures by the time this line is done. >_< I never did have an original HH (although I saw Jor-El's, so I know he was kinda cool), but I am looking forward to picking him up.

I've got to say, I don't like Leech's mouth.

Too toothy.

I was expecting something closer to the style-guide head.
