I believe the runners of cf have gone back to day jobs too, this is rumour so everyone knows, but i heard from a source close to them that the site has gone back to being secondary work, rather than their full time jobs....

Enquired again at Case Fresh re DC UC:

We currently have series 1 and 2 of the DC Universe in stock. They are not due to go up on the website until late this month as we are waiting on further DC items before we launch, but you are more than welcome to purchase the sets now. We are selling them as a case purchase (6 figures) for $135.

Please let me know if you are interested, or have any further queries.

Regards,

Daisy

This is $22.50 per figure for the mathematically challenged.

How does this compare with other sources? Couldn't find them on FiguresDirect.

I'm pretty sure I paid a similar price (give or take a couple dollars). I wonder if CF plan on ordering future waves as I already have most of wave 1 (missing Etrigan) and all of wave 2.

I wouldn't mind just getting a classic Aquaman if someone doesn't want a whole set.

Where should I buy my DC UC from if not Case Fresh? Recommendations appreciated - tired of being defrauded on eBay!

I've used the following online stores for DCUC and Marvel Legends stuff;

- Big Bad Toy Store
- Corner Store Comics
- Enchanted Toy Chest

I recently purchased, same with DrSpleen, the DCUC3 figures through Corner Store Comics. I haven't had any issues with the "e-tailers" listed above.

Ok, thanks. I checked these both but they're e-tailing each series at US$60+ which is before shipping so Casefresh seems the best deal if you don't mind the wait.

it wasn't the cheapest, but i didn't think it was too bad. one figure with enough crap to make it more or less equivalent to 2 figures. plus it's an exclusive so throw a few bucks on for that... well, that's how i've been justifying it anyway Razz
