Oh, I'd forgotten about that! How silly of me! I was gawking quite a bit. And uh, I quite liked her look in the flight suit for some reason. I think I have a thing for uniforms

Re: X-Men first class
Sooo good! I want a sequel ASAP.
The only minor quirks would be the lack of back-story for Xavier and Raven. Did she just live with him from when they were children? Did she go to school? Did she socialise with any other people while growing up or was she truly just Xavier's "pet"? It may have helped explain what seemed like a pretty sudden turnaround in her attitude to him at the end of the film.
I think there were a few inconsistencies as well. Raven perfectly impersonating Shaw when she hadn't seen him in that particular outfit (with the helmet), unless Xavier plucked the image from Erik's mind and placed it in Raven's mind? The fact all their skills increased dramatically with only one week of training was also a ... stretch.
Finally ... the wooden-form (instead of diamond-form) Emma Frost. I thought the dull, insipid and vapid role was January Jones playing a role on Mad Men, but she simply played Betty Draper in white underwear in her role as Emma Frost. Even the coolest lines were completely misdelivered by January Jones. Very disappointing given the White Queen is such a cool character. I think Rose Byrne would have done a better job in a blonde wig.
Cheers.

More epeople need to go and see this.....only problem I thought was that Charles ended up "Happily Hiding ever after" in a secret place that McTaggart "forgot about".......surely all of those governmet types remembered his name and knew where this rich kid was from

Re: X-Men first class
But, they don't know his "mutant" name ... Professor X.
And what millionaire would live in a mansion with a view of a great big satellite dish? Talk about tacky. They'll never think of looking for him in that house.
Perhaps we can just infer that he mind-wiped all of the government agents after first mind-bending them to destroy all their written records?
Cheers.

Better than all the previous xmen, but I do not know why sabastian Shaw was the main villian and Emma Frost. The comics are way different.
