My daughter got her lego club mag which had the 2013 catalogue. Plenty more minifigs on the way. Also it said that the new Chima series will come in minifig packs.
Not minifigs but for girls Lego friends has some little sets out for $6 which have an animal and a "house" for them. I got all the 1st wave, 2nd wave out May.
It would be cool to see the Lego marvel minifigs. I wasnt that keen on the Mega blok versions.

Ah I'd be all over Lego Marvel minifigs, I'm surprised though as I would have thought the minifigs were a big draw card for the big sets. I'd rather have DC minifigs but they seem to be lagging behind Marvel when it comes to Lego Superheroes unfortunately.

I remember people wanting starwars sets and then the issue of licensing where lego minifigs can be seen as action figures and then hasbro steps in etc etc, it could be the same issue for marvel and dc lego minifigs

Bane Tumbler VS The Bat set spotted at big w for $68.

Was really hoping that The Bat would be as big as the original Tumbler Crying or Very sad

I'd be happier with a bigger, more detailed Bat and paying more $. The Batpod that came with the Harley Quinn set was barely anything!

Ohh thanks for the hot tip MAN, I'd rather generic DC Superheroes (comic) based Lego but I'll nab all the DC I can! I missed some of the original Batman Lego sets so this will be my chance to grab some finally at reasonable prices Smile

New pic of Minifigs wave 10

The gold figure is a rare one I believe.

Medusa uses a Ninjago snake tail.

Grandpa actually has a bald cap!

Hahaha these are always so good, they have a great team working on character choices

That gold figure will be annoying, I thought it would be a variation rather than a unique character

Mr Gold has been on eBay for over US$1000.

Can't say as I like him as a figure. If I was lucky enough to get one I think that's where he would end up!

Fished out Medusa, Xena and the Roman Commander from one of two boxes at Myer just now.

The people there (who are very cool, also collect and let me rummage at their counter while they continue to work!) said some guy had pulled a Mr Gold out already. After (apparently) 2 hours sifting through packs they made him open it in front of them Smile

And you can register your Mr Gold find online, somehow? Although that's possibly just unofficially at some forum. But the Myer people knew there had been a couple found in NZ too.

I was hoping for Xena aka Warrior Woman, Medusa and Roman Commander and I ended up with Xena, Medusa and Paint Ball Guy! I was fooled by the "helmet".

Any tips for finding the Roman Commander? I couldn't seem to find the "sword" at all. I kept finding the spanner/wrench for the mechanic (?), but I couldn't find the sword. To be fair, I kept dismissing every packet with a "hard square" shape as I didn't realise that the Minifigures came with a "stand".

Oh. $3.99 at my "local" Mr Toys in Brisbane CBD.

The sword was what I recognized first, but I also felt the comb thing that attaches to the helmet? Like a little rainbow in shape and flat (as distinct from the Mohican's hair).

A single box (looked full) on the shelves with the rest of the Lego at Rouse Hill Target tonight.

I'm a bit skint at the moment so just pulled a Yeti apiece for my son and I. Dead easy to feel for him. His head piece is huge. His icy-pole is so cute!

Hey for series 11 is anyone keen to go halves on a case and break up 2 sets and extras? I see outer rim has series 10 for $200 so it would end up being a little cheaper if it's the same price.

I found the case assortment here:

Rare, 2 per box: scarecrow, diner waitress, grandma, pretzel girl, island warrior, saxophone player
4 per box: evil mech, gingerbread man, barbarian, lady robot, scientist, holiday elf
Common, 6 per box: mountain climber, constable, yeti, welder

http://www.brickset.com/news/article/?ID=7435

sucks that there are some at 2 per case otherwise we could split it 3 ways
