Re: Lego Minifig's - official thread
Grabbed 3 more series 8 figures expecting to get 3 doubles, but two were new & only 1 double. Woo hoo! Shakespearian actor & football champion are added.
Still need evil robot, female snowboarder, Santa & deep sea diver from that set.

Looks awesome! The figures are a little different to the same ones that are in the mini figures line aren't they?

Wow. The Haunted House is amazing!
I love that it opens up like an old school doll house. That's how I used to build my Lego buildings when I was a kid. I never liked the "missing back wall" that all the Lego sets seemed to be designed with.

They are different characters. I added some of the minifigures characters to my Monster pics above.

Yeah, I love that it fully closes up.
A swanky new modular is coming out:

Sydney City Myer came through for me. They had a box out on the counter and 3 still in the back.
Going through for my "wants" I was able to find an Alien Avenger, Cyclops and Heroic Knight but there were no Forest Maidens, Chicken Suit Guys or Mr Good And Evils.
PLENTY of Policemen and Judges!
EDIT: Just to clarify, I only went through just the one box (not the lot).

I'll probably grab series 9 from the same Aussie eBay seller I got the last few sets from.
Will still pick up a few downtown to put in the lego box my niece & nephew play with when they come over.

Awesome. I was so surprised when I saw them, we usually don't get them until weeks after everyone else. I'd have to say the Mech and Cyclops are my fav although the Jeckyl and Hyde guy has some cool details.

Ooooh! Medusa! Perfect with the Minotaur and Cyclops!
K-Mart had boxes upon boxes, so was able to score Jekyll/Hyde and Forest Maiden on the weekend, and virtually a whole set for my son. So broke now!

I hadn't thought of the Warrior Woman as Xena but that totally works!
Love the Sea Captains seagull & Trendsetters chihuahua.
Medusa will be very cool to add to the Monster Fighters.
Bumblebee will look nice with the other animal suit figures.
Skydivers face is awesome!

Picked up the Aquaman/Batman 2013 set at my local Big W for $38. I passed on the Batman re-issues that came out last year. I'd still like to buy the Joker's Fun House set because it's different.
