Star Wars Lego - Stormtroopers

Post by FIELD DAY on Thu Jul 22, 2010 4:40 am

Got a general question for any one that can help.

What colour are they under their helmets? And are there any sites or links anyone knows of to Death Star Hangar Bay style scenes made of Lego.

And whats the rough price they go for loose regularly.?

I'll go check, but I think the Snow Trooper is solid black as his cowl has eyeholes. The regular Stormtrooper is definitely blank but I cannot remember the colour.

Thanks Pixo, I just bought a whole stack for cheap from a seller on Ebay but he said he swapped all the heads out for the regular yellow heads.

They don't look like you can notice the heads anyway, and for $2 a pop for 20 figs, I'm not really gonna complain. When I see singles going for $10...

Original ones were yellow. More recent releases are solid black.
Prices for Stormies start at around $15.00 or so (I guess)....

20 for $50 delivered is fantastic. I guess with the release of the battle pack the price of these has come down. But yeah I'm sure I was paying around $10 to $15ea when I started building my Lego Stormtrooper army....
You don't want to know what I paid for my Cloud City version of Boba Fett! Sad

You just got me doing an ebay search then. Wow, didn't realise that the original Slave-1 had risen so much in price. Was debating selling mine off and it looks like it might be worth my while to do so.

Doc, I know what you mean by these costing a bit and getting addictive, I been just wanting to build a lil dio, but have now been looking at vehicles and the Death Star and man it will chew my wallet to death if I let it., lol

Nitey, been spending way too much time and money on my other toys (cars), lol, sold a few off, went O/S and now started a clothing brand with a mate for release hopefully next year - so I been a lil busy... Went to Asia and the states for a month and a bit... Cars and a few thousand on Nikes so toys are a helluva lot cheaper, lol
