Really like the new mold of the SHIELD agents, and the new bust on this figure is nice LOL. Bout the only thing mildly frustrating is teh hands are a tad long and bit monkey like IMO. STill great figures though! Gotta catch em all booYAH

I'm wondering how the 6" line is going to go.

My understanding is...Hasbro released 6" ML figures for a while. People didn't like them so they didn't buy them. Hasbro stop making them. Fans say they want them back. Hasbro announces major come back in 2012. The figures are the same as they were a few years ago. Fans don't buy them. Hasbro stop making them. Fans say they want them back...& so on.

scratch

Don't get me wrong, I am stoked the 6" line is coming back. I just wonder how it's going to pan out.

Well, I can't see them just releasing "all new" characters. Be prepared for Wolvie, Hulk, Spidey, Capt and Iron Man to be spread amongst the waves.

Yes, that was my thought as well. I'm assuming the mould is the mould and all they have to do is change the scale. Would like me that 6" Classic Crimson Dynamo from the IM2 3.75" line.

Well, at least we finally get A 6" Crimson Dynamo.

It's not particularly good, but hey...

I though the one in the Iron Man Line back in the Toybiz days was good. (I loved all that snap on Vaccuum Chromed Armor)

I wasn't very clear there sorry, I didn't mean to say it will be the same characters as before (though obviously most toy assortments have to include key characters) but what I meant was they will be the same toys....as in Hasbro 6" Action figures, which everyone seemed to think were aweful.

If people didn't buy Hasbro ML a few years ago, why would they buy them in 2012?

Do we think Hasbro has the ability to step up to more of a ToyBiz level so fans actually buy the figures this time around?

To be fair, a lot of Hasbro's more recent waves (the two packs included) have been really well done. If they can keep up that sort of quality, then I don't think they'll have a problem.

Plus, the newer MU figs that look really good and haven't been done in ML can provide templates for the new 6 inch figures.

I'm more excited for the new DP release, but the Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man sculpts are awesome - I got a set off ebay while ago from Hong Kong, so if theyre a indicator of where the lines going - I'm happy....

I agree, but will they be considered well done to the majority of collectors? That remains to be seen.

I must be getting people down with this line of though, so I will just say my own personal hope is that they are well received. I'm sure they will be.

And I would personally never be 'unfair' to Hasbro who brings me my Star Wars figures, my MU figures & my Indiana Jones figures.

If anyone here thinks I be one of those people who goes around ragging on Hasbro, you'd be wrong. Very Happy

I only started looking for these on e-bay last week so I dont know how long they have been out in the states for but they are out now.

I got me a loose Valkyrie for $20 including postage. I am still looking for the other ones at a reasonable price but most are $30-$40 inc postage a figure. The US TRU website has these retailing for $35 a 2 pack. I wonder if they will pop up here in Oz?
Just won a std black window (grey version) and winter soldier 2 pack sealed for $28 but the postage kills it.

The last one I want is a red and blue Warpath but he is going for very high $$. I cant justify it.

I was reading a post on Ozformers, and someone messaged hasbro about the release date for these and apparently there are no plans to release them in australia. It broke my heart when i read it. here's what hasbro replied to the person:

Thank you for your email. I do apologise for the delay in responding to your email, I needed to consult a product manager in regards to this enquiry.

We are terribly sorry that it is sometimes not possible to bring the complete range of Marvel figures into Australia. The situation to date has been that the small size of our market (from a global perspective) has prohibited us from bringing in the less desirable figures - from a regular consumer's point of view.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to release this product in Australia, and Hasbro in America do not ship overseas. I can only suggest that you find an online store that ships to an Australian address, or possibly try Ebay.

Please note that these are just suggestions to assist you. Hasbro has no affiliation with EBay, and any warranty issues with products purchased on EBay must be taken up with the seller.

Regards
Hasbro Consumer Services

Sucks...I just hope that by 2012 when the new legends line is out we'll at least get those.
