DC 'Retro Action' figures - MEGO style
Anyone know anything about these, or seen them available locally yet?

For those who fondly remember the old 70s MEGO figures, check these out - Green Arrow was the first one released and is sold out, so if you see one - grab it (I'd love one myself)! Wave one also includes Superman, Green Lantern, Luthor and Sinestro. Batman will be in wave 2 (not yet released) along with Aquaman, Two-Face and Black Manta. These are going for about $25 ea in the US.
If anyone knows anywhere in Oz I could pick these up, I'd be grateful.

I think GA was available on MattyCollector (might be an exclusive?) Not really my sort of thing but Mego's were before my time so I'm missing that nostalgic factor

Re: DC 'Retro Action' figures - MEGO style
I love the re-introduction of all these Mego styled toys lately.
I've had a lot of fun grabbing the DST Star Trek figures, & I think I may pick up a few of the DC Heroes.
I saw Batman & Catwoman in the Toy Fair images, I'll atleast grab those 2....& Two Face....OK, all the Bat family!

I hope that if/when they do Robin they do a better job than the old Megos - I remember that he was really cheesy.

I was them in TRU (USA) Green Lantern, Luthor and Sinestro but at $20 a pop, no thanks.
I don't like the huge cuffs they put on them. The Retro Looking card is nice. I also like the way that they don't fit well in the packing and there head ends up bing it the corner of the bubble just like the original Megos.

I'm sorry, but IMO these look terrible. Batman is especially horrid. I remember Mego fondly, but have no desire to buy these. Give me DCUC any day!
