TPB sellers that are good

i've been meaning to do a big tpb order for a while, one thing i noticed is that amazon is a lot more competitive than it used to be. almost all the trades have money off the US price and the shipping is $4.99 per shipment + $4.99 per item. this actually works out cheaper than buying from kino if you're after things that have a big discount...

amazon does not pack their parcels very safely for overseas buyers. my brother buys books all the time from amazon and they often get here a little worse for wear.

Someone at work found this out the hard way after purchasing a DVD. Do Amazon refund/replace damaged TPBs?
I grab most of my TPBs via my local comic shops or from local bookstore when discounts are available. I've only bought floppies over the web.
