Best Way to Remove Marks from Figures?

Post by Zaul on Mon Oct 19, 2009 8:52 am

I've got a few figures I ordered from ebay, they were cheap but in good condition apart from some ' texture ' and ' pen ' marks, Im guessing a kid owned them before me.

Alcohol wipes dont seem to get the marks off, anyone got any tips?

Oddly enough, I've found an eraser sometimes works for getting rid of stubborn marks.

And provided the area with the mark has been cast in the required colour (rather than painted), Jiff normally works great at removing every kind of mark - but I wouldn't use it on a painted surface and I'd only use a watered down and very small amount.

Cheers.
