Marvel Universe Figures

Post by MAN on Thu Jun 04, 2009 1:34 pm

Hi gang,

New Marvel Universe figures spotted at Target Highpoint and Watergardens, and Big W.

The wave had repacks of captain america, hulk, spider-man red and blue, green goblin, ronin..New figures were:

-Black Spider-man
-Thing
-Punisher (all black version)
-Classic Iron Man
-Ms Marvel
-Hand Ninja

Got the Punisher and Black Spider-man. Black spidey looks good, why can't they use that head sculpt for the red and blue one?

I think they're $17.50?? at target, $16.88 at Big W.

Hi, I managed to pick up all but the two Ms. Marvels. None of the Targets I visited in Adelaide had them. Target had a 15% off day so I saved a few bucks. Classic Iron Man is great as is the Thing. I noticed the Human Torch and Spider-man are the dark blue running changes. Casefresh has now added the Marvel Universe to their website including the next couple of waves. They also have new Superhero Squad stuff listed. I will try and pick-up another couple of Hand Ninjas for my street display to pit against Ronin. Cheers, Rick.

I suppose that's what makes the world go round. Some people like Jap bikes but I happen to prefer Harley Davidsons. No problem, to each their own.

I've always been a fan of the 3 3/4 inch scale - Star Wars, GI Joes etc from a young pup. To see my favourite comic figures in that scale has been a wish come true!!! A guess it is a tomato/tomato thing.

I went to both Target and Big W in Blacktown, Parra and Winston Hills. The only place that had some new ones was Target Parra, I got the hand ninja. I am still looking for Punisher, Blade and old style Ms. Marvel

Thanks for the heads up. Ater a Moon Knight and Union Jack in particular. Hope we get a crack at the SDCC Invaders set this year without chasing overseas for them.

If you're really desperate and don't need the "retail" fix, Paul at figuresdirect has rhulk in stock along with the others. I just ordered my Ms Marvels from him, after giving up on Big W and Target restocks
