Sideshow Republic Clone Trooper - 212th Attack Battalion: Utapau

Welcome to the single most extravagant toy purchase I have ever made!

A big thank you to TheGoodDoctor for this rather excellent figure. A great figure for an even better price, I must say. Thank you thank you thank you!

As for my thoughts - while it is a rather excellent figure I'm not sold on the black 'under skin' I guess you would call it. It is as far as I can tell, supposed to be cloth in real life. And that is exactly what Medicom delivers with their Clones. But of course - those are $300 a piece figures. The 'cloth' on these things are plastic. So its rather unappealing and certainly was a bit of a downer when I opened him up.

As suspected however, he does look pretty darn good on the shelf. I'm happy with him, not entirely with the hefty price tag (thanks Sideshow Razz) but considering Paul does a good price I can't really complain - it was my choice after all.
I hope that they make more, but not too many and not right away! But I am hoping for a 501st edition or even a plain one next up. Smile

i can guarantee sideshow will produce many clone variants, now they have the moulds to do so it only makes financial scence. troopers sell like bloody hot cakes.

got two stormtroopers off paul only two weeks ago myself and they are sweet.
