The Weird..... originally appeared in a Dc mini series back in the 80's. I entered this into a custom comp at actionfigureblues.
The base is a DCUC Superman Blue figure, I used a balloon for the belt/sash, the arm covering, leg covering and hood as well. Sculpey to all other areas including the protruding eye and painted on new eyebrows.....

Thanks for looking

Well 2 years later, and here are some newish customs to post.
Hopefully the long term goal is to try and customise every character that ever was an Avenger and did not receive plastic representation.

Swordsman
Recipe: GA Starman head, I dremelled down the fin to a more Swordsmanish shape. The body is a Dr. Mid-Nite, I had to swap his right hand out with a grasping type DCUC one. The sword and sheath are from a LOTR figure, I sculpted the belt buckle and arm bands. The sword strap is from a Mr. Sinister cape and the shoulder pads are from a MM JLU figure.

Dr. Druid
The head is from a Rainbow Lantern Lex, the body is a ML Bullseye with ML Namor legs from the knee's down. I sculpted the goatee and hair. The cloak was hand made using fabric glue, you can see some marking on the cape from the pics, however I am pretty pleased with how it turned out.
